Product showed "out for delivery " waited all day then it mysteriously goes to a "notice left" status but guess what no notice, no mail, no package! I wouldnt be mad if I wasnt home or even gotten an actual "notice" but no we watched out the window the driver just drive right passed the house but wait he said he "left a notice" guess he threw it out his window as he drove by. Ridiculous

I GO IN AND MAIL PACKAGES ABOUT 1 OR 2 TIMES A WEEK. THE LADY NAMED FERN IS GREAT AND DOES A WONDERFUL JOB! SHE IS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! BUTCH WAS GREAT BUT MOVED TO BEL AIR. The carrier who works the Bar Kess Heights area continually delivers mail to my home that is clearly addressed to my neighbor. I then put it in the correct mailbox, but it makes me wonder how much of my mail is being misdelivered. This happens almost on a daily basis. Isnt reading comprehension a required skill?

No accessibility for wheelchair at this location, from what I could see. We had to leave and go to a different post office further away.
