No one ever answers the phone. There are important questions that need to be answered. Why do you have a phone number and so called window people when they are not being productive in answering the phone. A multi-Billion dollar company and they cant get anything right. How about designing a job for someone to ONLY ANSWER THE PHONES AND GET THE QUESTIONS RESOLVED!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!. Not only will I be giving a bad review here but as well as I will be submitting one to the BBB and Glass Door. This is ridiculous and if I have to file complaints everyday I will. Oh and CLEAR THE DAMN VOICEMAIL, how is anyone suppose to leave a message. WOW WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY OR MAYBE THE STAFF!!!!!!!!

This is my THIRD time having a problem with their service and delivery. The first they held a package for a month and never notified me, I had to find out through opening a claim with the seller. Second was when they tried delivering a package but kept saying no one was home when there were NO attempts made at my address. And now today, theyre saying a package was delivered this morning (with two of us home!!) when it wasnt. Cant even get in touch with anyone to ask about it. What a joke. I have never had problems with deliveries until everything started defaulting to this post office. 30+ reviews and 1 star? Yeah, thats not an accident, thats horrible, lazy service.

For the 1st time in 3 years today, I received my neighbors mails. The mail carrier I guess hes new but I have huge number sticks on my door so clearly he couldve read it. As a good neighbor, I gave them their mails. Afterward, I tried to called the post office to inform them because I was concerned about potential mails that werent delivered to me and I cant get in contact with anybody. SN: I guess Ill have to drive there to speak to someone concerning this matter. Ridiculous!

This post office is horrible. The managers on staff are liars and no one ever answers the phone no matter what day or time you call. They are understaffed so of course you get a lot push back. My package was returned to their location in error by someone else. I went to the post office on a Thursday and the manager told me to write all of my info and promised to call. Its now Tuesday and nothing. When you call their location the voicemail is full..lol smfh

We have problems getting our mail, they put it in our neighbors mailbox in the front instead of walki ng around the side . When theOriginal mail carrier is on he gets it right, the rest of them seem to be too LAZY to walk around the side to put Our mail in the mailbox, this happens ALL the time, please fix it, we live on Lee Park Ave. Thank You

I would give zero stars if I could. I recently moved to the area from Massachusetts. This post office is horrible. They dont answer the phone, you cannot leave messages. When after 2weeks I finally was able to leave a message begging for a return call. Nope. That was weeks ago. Customer service sucks.

Absolutely horrible. I tried to call using 5 different phone numbers that were supposed to be direct lines to real people and all I encountered was leave a message or this mail box is full on all 5 phone numbers. I left a message were I could and no one returned my call after one full week. Very sad...

This post office is a best Ive ever been to, everyone is kind and helps out as best they can... for everyone that complains about long lines should understand that they do not have enough employees for the job.. it isnt the employees fault, they do the best they can with what their given

If u are in a hurry, forget it, the shortest wait time was 15 minutes for me. There is nobody ever available to answer the phones, so if u need to inquire about something, I have to go to the building and wait in line, only to waste time and gas. Most of the workers are friendly.

Workers open packages to your PO Box illegally. They cut open the top but do not cut the tape on the sides so they can peek inside of packages. By not cutting the sides they do not have to fill out paperwork saying the package was damaged.

Have had multiple packages delivered to my address then all of a sudden the most recent one is supposedly undeliverable but the tracking information wasnt updated until 5 minutes before business close. Absolutely ridiculous.

They always seem a bit understaffed. That I do not blame on them. That said, they are polite, punctual, and offer better service than others. Unlike UPS theyve never left a package of mine out to be stolen on the porch.

Every time I have a delivery issue they never answer any of the phone lines and the voicemail box is always full any time I call. Horrible service! They should be ashamed of themselves !
