Return post master call and was put on hold. Waited and waited and waited..... could hear conversations going on all along.... waited for about 20mns than hangup.... called over 20 times within 2 hours and the call couldnt be process.... guess why ?? The phone is still on the desk waiting for somebody to pick up.... unprofessional crew and lack of care !

This is the closest post office to where we live, so we use it almost exclusively. 2 counters but almost always only one is active. Staff is friendly if you behave as a friend. Our needs are always addressed. If you need speed then maybe Wernersville is not for you, but caring and not speed is why we live here

The counter is only staffed by one person and hes very slow. For some reason the USPS took out all the self serve stamp kiosks at all its location.s
