I started coming to Jillian Grace Salon in 2007, after having searched for 4 years for someone that knew hair and understood mine. I dont have complex hair, its just thick and most hair dressers complain about it. The 1st time I came, I went to a young girl and she did a good job, but when I came back she was gone; so I was disappointed; but then I met Tara. She sat me down and listened to what I was looking for, then she suggested things, with NO pressure. Long story short, she cut my hair perfectly, and I was able to style it for months afterwards (which is hard, because most people cant style their hair like the professional) because she helped me learn how to dry it correctly and style it. I immediately made my next appointment, for my wedding with Tara and knew I was not going to ANYONE else :) Her knowledge of color and hair care is amazing and she is so patient. I highly recommend her! The salon is so clean, and their receptionist is so friendly and always remembers who I am when I come in or call (just by my voice). They have a great staff, everyone is so friendly. I always refer my friends and family here.....so make an appointment today! ~ Lisha Hollars

***** I have been going to Jillian Grace since it opened, and owner Jillian has been doing my hair (cut and color) for years. I love the service provided, it is a wonderful balance of comfort and unpretentious elegance with state of the art service. You never feel rushed, your service is highly personalized, and everyone is very personable. Ive truly never had a bad hair cut or experience, and often have people stop me in department stores to compliment me on my hair cut! I feel lucky to be a "charter" client and cant imagine going anywhere else (I drive about 40 minutes each way to the salon) and never miss an appoinment. For highly personalized, state of the art service, courteous staff and beautiful hair, I highly recommend Jillian Grace! The product recommendations (I use Bumble & Bumble and Dermatologica) are also spot on. Laura

Jillian Grace Salon & senior stylist Tara are absolutely wonderful! The Salon is easy find right off route 1. Once there, you walk into a warm, friendly and happy atmosphere were salon staff quickly start you on a journey to forgetting your daily stress. Now for my favorite part of the salon: Tara! Tara is always up on the latest styles and trends, but what I really LOVE about Tara is: COLOR! If you want the absolute best in hair color knowledge and application; you must make an appointment to sit in her chair! She listens, understands, works magic, and takes great pride in her canvas of hair. Because of Taras wonderful skills, no other is allowed to touch my hair. Thank you Tara for making me beautiful! Jillian Grace Salon is fabulous!! I love the bright open atmosphere; and Stephanie at the front desk is always pleasant and welcoming. I have been going to the salon for several years and Tara is my hair stylist and colorist--she is amazing!! She is always more than willing to listen and then recommend cuts, styles or color that will put new life in my hair. She is amazing with color. She is also amazing with special occasion hair as well--she has done wonderful things with hair for me and my step-daughter for special occasions. I highly recommend Jillian Grace Salon and more specifically—Tara! You won’t be disappointed.

Ive always had a positive experience at Jillian Grace Salon! Ive been a client of Stephanies for 5 years now. After moving to Philadelphia, I continue to make the 35 mile trek to West Grove because the haircut/style is well worth it. Stephanie is always ready to except the challenge of my curly, thick hair and continuously executes! She has great vision and talent.. whether its a cut, trim, or up-do. Most importantly, Stephanie is client centered which isnt always easy to come by!! My expectations are always exceeded!

I just had my 1st experience with Jillian Grace Salon last night and I couldnt be happier. The Salon is very chic, bright and relaxing. Tara did an awesome job listening to what I like and dont like about my hair and translated that into a style that I love! It was easy to fix this morning and didnt take very long at all. (even though it doesnt look nearly as good as when Tara did it) I was so happy, I am going in tomorrow to see Tara for some color! Gail, Kennett Square

I have known Jillian for a number of years prior to her owning her own salon. She is a very professional stylist. Knowledgable and up to date on all the newest color products and cuts as well as her other staff. I would not hesitate to have any of the stylist color or cut my hair. She always listens to my requests and makes suggestions as needed. I always feel relaxed when I am there and when I leave. I would not go anywhere else.
