Thao is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! I live almost a half hour away but DEFINITELY, WITHOUT A SPECK OF A DOUBT, BELIEVE THAO IS WORTH THE TRIP ! And this is why... 1. Customer service was amazing when I made initial phone call to schedule appointment. Host made every effort to accommodate MY schedule, made me feel like I was important and worth her time. 2. Arrived a half hour early and was greeted with a huge smile, was offered something to eat and drink and was offered to relax on the couch until Carmen, the AMAZING hair stylist, was ready for me. 3. Carmen didnt waste time, she was done with her client and took me immediately (most places take quick breaks, check their cells, etc.). 4. I was seated 15 mins. early. I simple cannot say enough about Carmen, she was extremely friendly and honest. My goal was to get my damaged hair trimmed and get advice as to how to repair the rest, as well as the possibility of color/highlights. I swear I kid you not, Carmen not only gave me an amazing cut, but gave me new color and advised me on hair products to keep my hair healthy. She also MADE SURE I took advantage to the holiday coupons they were offering. 5. Carmen literally brought my very dull, dry, damaged hair BACK TO LIFE !! It STILL looks great almost a month later !! 6. Carmen had me cut, colored and styled in less then an hour and was VERY personable ! She LISTENED to my needs and did NOT try to sell me on things I didnt need. 7. Next... I immediately got a full set of French tips. The nail tech was adorable and also knowledgeable. She took her time, was extremely detail-oriented and I swear, she didnt make one mistake. My nails, just like my hair, had a total makeover and still look great today ! 8. Before closing out, I was asked if I was satisfied with everything and if I needed anything else. My fiance and I were also offered a snack for the way home : ) 9. We closed out and received EVERY possible discount. We werent overcharged nor pressured for additional products or services. 10. We were literally treated like ROYALTY !! TAKE AWAY: Great products, service, prices and the salon is extremely clean, relaxing and BEAUTIFUL ! The free-standing wall waterfall and chandelier are GORGEOUS !! HIGHLY AND EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THAO !!! SOOOOOOOO WORTH IT !!!!

Went for a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing. I told the woman Ive been having pain in the arch of my foot and she really massaged it for me and I havent had pain in a few days now. Im very happy with my acrylics, she was a bit of a perfectionist and took the extra time to make sure all of my nails were even with no jagged corners. I will definitely return.

I get my brows waxed at Thao Beauty Salon almost exclusively. Everyone here is exceptionally friendly, and greets me by name as soon as I walk in. I cant speak for the hair or manicures etc. as Ive never tried those services, but theyve always done a great job on my brows. Theyre even, and natural looking every time, regardless of who does the waxing.
