So I went in the salon wanting something totally different. I had Missy as my stylist. With what I wanted I came into the salon showing her a photo of the style and color and she got started. I wondered during the process if it would look like the picture. when we were done, it looked nothing like the picture. I left the salon with red streaks in my hair and not the purple I had originally wanted.. I got to a restaurant and started to cry because it was not what I wanted and I had spent 180$ on it. I called the salon and Missy said to come back in and we will fix it to what I wanted. She sat me down in the chair and we re-evaluated what I wanted and she got to work. When I left that time, it was amazing. Everything I wanted! I felt like a total priss for coming and saying I didnt like it, but Im glad I went back because it was straight from the photo. They are a great bunch of women in there, they will do whatever it takes to make their customer happy!

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NAILS! Christine did a great job with my manicure but it was still tacky 6 hours after completion. I did not like that the salon uses chemical aerosol nail dryer instead of an air blower. Christine, however, was very friendly and nice to talk to. WORST PEDICURE EVER! Betty, who I was told is the owner, did my pedicure. She did not use any pumice on my feet and never massaged my feet or legs. She only used one coat of polish on my toenails and two coats were used on my fingernails so they did not match. She also criticized my nails. Worst of all my nails were jagged and hacked. They were not shaped in any way. They are completely ruined. When Betty was finished she just walked out of the room - she didnt say anything. I wasnt sure if she was even finished. I do not recommend these pedicures. I am very disappointed and will never go back.

The Luxe Spa and my masseuse Monica are top notch! I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walk in the establishment. Monica greeted me with a friendly and warm welcome to which totally helped me relax for I build tension when trying a new business. Monica is a wonderful professional in her work for she immediately developed a rapport with me and determined where she needed to focus. Monica performed the best message that Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot of messages. Amazing this is how I felt afterwards. The message area was top notch! You get privacy when you need it, a warm welcoming decor, and a fancy club style locker room to don a robe and stow clothes. All of this was provided at an affordable and reasonable fee. Even though I live and work in MD, I will be driving back up for my next message.

Always a great and relaxing visit! I discovered Bernards last summer when I decided to donate my hair to Locks of Love. Chopping off over 10 inches of hair is a BIG change, and I did my research and decided this salon was the place for me. I was definitely not disappointed and gained new confidence with my awesome haircut. Since then, I have been back several times for hair cuts and deep conditioning treatments. I can never stop touching my soft hair after leaving the salon...I just love it! I have yet to try a spa treatment but plan to do so in the near future. The staff is great, the facility is beautiful, and you are always treated with class. Definitely check them out!!!

The staff at Bernards always greets me with a warm smile and a welcoming greeting when I arrive. I enjoy getting massages at Bernards because of the excellent service and individualized attention my body needs during the massage. The locker room is clean and the seating area is spacious and relaxing while I wait for my massage. The rooms are dim, tranquil, warm and smell like lavender....all very conducive to a relaxing experience. The massage therapist has helped me work through lower back problems caused by my cars seat as well as a shoulder injury that wouldnt go away with PT alone. Afterwards, I have as much time as I want to have a cup of hot tea, shower and change.

I went to Bernards for a back message that would help relieve the pain I was feeling in my lower back and shoulder. I left feeling incredible. The massage therapist not only worked out the issues in my back, Melanie gave me very helpful suggestions to avoid more back problems as well as stretches to help relieve the stiffness I felt. Before I left, I booked another appointment in a month. I rarely treat myself to massages, but felt so much improvement, that knew I had to do it again before the holidays!

4 stars, this place is wonderful whether youre a man or a woman, they really know how to cut hair. I have gotten my hair cut there many times, and all have been wonderful except for Elizabeth, the owner. She ignored everything I said and cut my hair the way she wanted, making me look horrible. My friends even commented that they thought I had received a Nazi haircut!! Avoid her at ALL COST, but the other stylists I cant say enough good things about

My friend and I love to go to this spa a few times a year for some relaxation and "girl time". I love the environment, its so relaxing and inviting. The staff is always very friendly and professional , but never uptight or stuffy. I have had multiple services,but the signature and deep cleansing facial with Michelle are my favorite!! My skin always feels so fabulous when shes done, I wish I could visit more frequently:)

I am thrilled with my first experience at Luxe! Great service beginning to end! Couldnt wait to try it, as I won a gift card at a silent auction (good to know that the fine folks at Luxe care about and support their community)... Had the 30-min each Facial/Massage/Mani experience and the only drawback was that I wished it was longer! Thank you. I will be back to experience more!

I just want to say thank you Allison for the beautiful new hair style, this is without a doubt the best short cut Ive ever had.I got so many compliments and my boyfriend likes the new me. If you have naturally curly hair Allison is the stylist for you. And all the ladies are so nice and make you feel special so thank you to your staff for a very happy day

My friend and I did a Two for Tuesday Package. It was fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facial was amazing, as well as the express massage. The mani/pedi was very relaxing and the girls did an outstanding job. The pedicure room is gorgeous. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future! Thank you:)

I had my nails done by Nicole she did an amazing job.. She was so nice and polite. I had my nails done before at other places and I left with them looking horrible and my skin was all cracked and broken , when I left luxe I left with my skin still intact and my nails looking beautiful!!!!
