The guys here are wonderful. Ive had bad experiences getting my car inspected (shops trying to convince me my struts needed replacing to the tune of several thousand dollars), and I was leery of going to a new place. But I had only 12 hours (curse you procastination!) to get my car inspected after being away all weekend. They were ready for me at the time I had scheduled, and I wandered down to the brew house for lunch and to read. I hadnt even finished my sandwich before they called to let me know there were a few maintenance points Id want to check in on, but that otherwise my car was all set. I later made my husband take his car here when it started being fussy about starting--while they didnt have the cheaper battery, they got the car in right away and replaced the battery in no time at all. I had planned to go pick him up, but by the time I got there the car was already in the shop and being worked on, all without an appointment! All in all, Ive been very pleased with the service here, and I plan to use them again if I cant use my usual shop at my office.

Broke down on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on 4/4/15 and had us towed by AAA to this store. Three young guys took care of my family like their own. It was mid-afternoon on a Saturday, so finding a part was tough. They called all over, eventually found one, drove me in their personal vehicle 25 minutes to get it, were cordial and polite the entire way, got me a discount on the part at Auto Zone, installed it, and ran a general inspection of the van, even staying over an hour past closing to make sure we were safe. We were over 6 hours from home on a Saturday and would have been stranded without the good guys at this store. Kudos to you Pep Boys, Ill be a lifelong customer now.

Been going here for about 4 years now. Before we moved to PA, I would always use independently owned and operated shops that came highly recommended by friends and family. Got really lucky here, it feels like you are going into a real shop with these guys. The are honest, straightforward and are willing to talk to you about repairs. Ive essentially revamped my older Acura here and it runs like new now - a few major repairs and Im happy with the results. I even ran a comparison on quoting recently for a replacement stock exhaust system - these guys came in at 1/2 the price of another shop closer to my house. Recommend 100%.

Excellent service and very friendly, the whole crew introduced them selves and the most notably friendly mechanics were Chris, colin, Jason, and one other younger looking guy whose name slipped my mind, rayon was hard at work when I met the crew so we didnt talk much but the manager Jon and the other employees at the front desk made me feel right at home and Chris treated my car as if it were his own. 5 stars to Malvern pep boys

Came in at 6:30 pm last night with a nail in our tire, in between the tread. It should have been an easy fix to plug it. There were no other customers there, no cars in the garage, and one employee working. Store closes at 7 pm. Employee told us that he did not have time to plug the hole in the tire. Didnt even offer to inflate the tire so we could drive somewhere else.

I absolutely love this Pep Boys! I think Chris has been there every time I go in and he is always so nice and accommodating. Went in there this morning on my way to work because my car said it was overheating and they fit me in and got everything fixed up timely. Ive never been disappointed and will continue to go to this Pep Boys in the future. Thank you!!

I got a new set of tires and an oil change here. It costs me $80ish dollars more than the online estimate. Not the end of the world but still annoying. Definitely not welcoming to car novices; the guy made me feel like an idiot for not having a tire brand in mind or knowing about my car engine.

This is the only place I trust! Every time I bring my car in everyone is very nice and accommodating. The feedback I get on my car is honest and they know what they are talking about. I will not bring my car to any other location.

This was my first time going to the Pep Boys location in Malvern. The Manager (Chris) did a great job of communicating and explaining each service/repair my car needed. He, along with the staff, create a very positive atmosphere.

Knowledgeable (like top notch) mechanic but prices are really high. Like $650 for a tune up (Caravan 6 cylinder) and $350 for front brakes and rotors.
