My "Check engine" light came on in my Mercedes E320. I didnt want to wait a week for repairs (K&S is usually booked a week in advance) so I stopped at an auto parts and service store that features a picture of three men. They charged me about $80 to diagnose the problem and told me the vehicle needed a new module that would have to be ordered from Mercedes and the part plus installation would cost about $400. It would take over a week for them to get the part, so I told them to hold off until I gave them the OK to order the part. I called K&S and explained what happened and Mike told me to drive by and he would run the diagnosis. (They plug their computer into a port and read what the problem is.) Mike did the same thing the other place had charged me $80 to do and concluded that the Mercedes did not need the expensive module. He said there was no charge for diagnosing the problem. I brought the car to him the following week and the repairs were made for about $50. Ive had numerous repairs made to my two vehicles and my daughters Audi and I would rate them five stars for every repair weve ever had. Wonderful people to do business with!

My family and I have been coming to K&S Auto for 20+ years, their service is the best in the Mid Atlantic! I have had my Audi towed from Washington DC several times, as the dealerships here continually nickel and diming me, saying I need a $1000 worth of maintenance. When I had my car towed to K&S the price to fix my car was less than $200. Point in case, I dont trust anyone but Michael and the team at K&S. They specialize in European Imports. Weve even had extended family members drive 3+ hours to get their cars serviced by K&S. They will tell you straight up what the issue is, and if they need a day or two to wait for parts to come in, will call and explain. Hands down the best mechanics in the area.

For The First Time in Exton/Malvern area I have come accross an Auto Shop where I was not ripped off for unnecessary work.They are extremely Honest. Hope they remain like this(touch wood). Last year, I had a wobble in my car , I took it for state inspection to Mieneke who asked me to replace bearings for my car, when I took it to K&S auto they checked it thoroughly and finally tighetened a few nuts and the wobble was gone. Just paid $10. Wish I would have learned about these guys during my past 4 years in US, when the FireStone and Mieneke have ripped me off by around $3000.

I have 4 cars - and be it a tuned import, a German luxury car or a nearly 20 year old lifted off-roading truck - these guys can do the needed work at an exceptionally reasonable price. This is also one of the few shops that has no problem with you supplying parts or installing 3rd party modifications. In fact they will go out of their way to make sure that everything is done right. Im always shocked by how LOW their billed hours are.

Great service and super quick turnaround. I Definitely agree with other reviewers when it comes to other franchise shops like Meineke and Pepboys - they may have marginally lower upfront prices but theyll nickle and dime you to death, not to mention they overbook their workdays so you often have to wait when you go to pick up your car. K&S seemed reliable and honest and Ill keep going as long as that stays the same. Thanks Ralph!

If you are looking for exceptional service at an affordable price, look no further. These guys are amazing. The owners actually care about their customers and employees. One of the owners, Mike, actually lends his personal vehicle to customers who are having their vehicles repaired and can not do without a car. Nothing but great things to say about these guys!

Very friendly and efficient business. They were reasonably priced. When i had an issue with a part installed a few months ago they replaced it under warranty and did not charge labor even though I was willing to cover that expense.
