I bought a Brand New Jeep wrangler there in 2006 I drove it off the lot and I thought the brakes were making a funny noise. I took it back the said brakes are fine just need to be broken in. Ok I figured thats fair Ill give them a chance. Long story shortend I complained about the brakes making a funny noise and haveing a vibration when I pressed them each time I came in for an oil change. Now brakes are covered under warrenty up untill 12,000 miles. I change my oil every 3000 miles so I had complained about them 4 times and on the 4th time 12,100 miles they told me I need new brakes and rotors mine are shot and thats whats causing the Vibration and noise when I press the brake pedal. At this point Ive been dealing with the same service person each visit he Knew me well, I was on a first name basis with this guy. I said well I"ve been complaining about this problem since I got the jeep shouldnt it be covered under warrenty. His responese was "NO we have no record of your complaints because they never put it on each receipt that I had asked them to check the brakes." So they refused to fix them under warrenty. I didnt know I had to make sure everything they did was put on the receipt Now I had complained to this same guy each time I was there for an oil change and specificly asked them to check the brakes. So this same guy who said there was no record of my complaint is the same guy I complained to each time. He basicly lied and said you never told me that before. What a ****. Each oil change I complained about the brakes they said the brakes are fine but I still had the problem. 4th time I asked 100 miles after the warrenty was worn out suddenly there is a problem.. So unless you want to be screwed dont go here. If you do go here make sure every little thing they do to your car is spelled out on the recepit. If you ask them check something make sure they wright it down that you asked them to check it and what they did to check it on your recepit because if Bermont Motors can get a way with it it seems they will screw you over any chance they get. Why they did I will never know. It made no sense to me still doesnt.

I was a huge fan of this place untill my last visit. Staff was always friendly and service was quick. Brought my car in for an issue which they fixed and car worked great for 2 weeks with no issues after I left. Was told that it would be covered for 30 days if anything happned after I left. 2 weeks later check engine light came on and called to take it back in. Was told they couldnt do repairs on Weekends as they didnt have the staff and would have to bring it in during the week before 3 as they close at 6 . How a dealership cant work on a car during the weekends due to staffing issues is possible I dont know and why they close at 6 when people work is crazy but brought it early one day. Was told they cant fix the issues they said they would and wont stand by warranty I was promised by manager earlier as its a new issue now wich it wasnt as I told them about this problem when I first brought it they said they fixed. Wont visit again. Man on phone was very rude to me and disrespectful. I know what I was told and they didnt honor their promise. Ill take my business to where Im respected. STAY AWAY!!!

Service is going down hill. I have been taking my 2014 Grand Caravan and 2013 Ram there for 3 years for service and was happy with their service. They always followed up with a survey. My last service with my truck.....no call or survey...for good reason. I waited over 2 hours for the work. They did a sloppy job on the oil change. It was over filled and leaking on the engine, etc. My windshield washer stopped working and I think they disconnected the line. And my under the hood light is missing....they are the only ones who have serviced the truck. Plus the tech stuffed his doritos bag in the back axle cavity.....no way it could have possibly been sucked in there while driving. I would not recomnend taking your vehicle there.

I bought a Jeep Compass from here three weeks ago. I took it on the expressway this weekend and the gas pedal stopped working. Now I am stuck with an unsafe car after mechanics (at another jeep dealership) THINK they fixed the issue but never really could get my car to have the same problem it gave me on the busy expressway at rush hour. Scariest experience of my life and now I stuck with an unsafe vehicle that I am scared to death to drive alone at 3 months pregnant. According to the dealership, I am on my own now and I should just talk to Chrysler. I will not only never buy from here again, I will never buy a Chrysler product again. Disgusted.

No Bueno! I test drove a White 2014 Jeep Cherokee with a cracked windshield and rim that had to be placed due to excess damage. After the test drive and upon negotiations the dealer; who sat shotgun during the test drive; said he didnt notice any damage on the windshield. My eyeballs almost popped out of my damn head when he said that. Maybe he had his eyes closed during the test drive?! Anyways, I ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee from a NISSAN dealership that they received as a trade-in. My Jeep ended up costing $3000 less and didnt need repairs! To anyone who gives this place your business, GTLY (good luck to you)!

This was my first experience there. We dealt with a salesmen named Stu. He was very rude, didnt let me finish my questions, and seemed more interested in going home for the day then he was selling us a truck. Actually that was exactly the case. However we got handed over to a guy named Mike Greco and Mike made this whole experience better. Friendly, Interested, and over all a great salesman. Mike helped us out with my trade in. stayed late, and got the truck down to the price i wanted to be at. If we would have never been passed down to Mike, i would never go back.

I didnt buy my truck here, I regret it. I didnt even come here when I was looking, regret it. But its close to home so I tried getting service done here instead of driving a further distance and I can say I wish I would habe bought my truck here. Excellent service, friendly staff. I bought a lot of vehicles, by far the best dealership Ive been to. If they stay true they will have my business from here out. Highly recommend!!!!
