NEW 10-5-15 UPDATED REVIEW: Honest-1 Auto Care is all that they say they are! I am so glad I found them a couple of years ago. Ive used them for minor service and for major repairs. This is the only place I will take my car for service now. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they really understand customer service and relations. The ability to rent (for a very minimal cost) a loaner car while they are working on my car is very valuable to me. I trust them and I like them! NEW UPDATED MAY 2015 REVIEW - BASED ON 3 VISITS I MADE TO HONEST 1 - AUTO CARE DURING THE MONTHS OF APRIL-MAY 2015. Honest 1 - Auto Care is the best! I have used them for routine maintenance, oil changes, state inspections, and most recently an unexpected emergency repair. They have always been friendly, professional, and experts in their field. I have confidence that they are acting in my best interests and want to keep me as a long term satisfied customer. Many other places Ive dealt with, I felt were just trying to get as much money from me as they could. An added bonus with Honest 1 is that they have a shuttle that will take you home or to work. AND they had a loaner car that I was able to rent at a very reasonable cost that enabled me to keep other appointments I had. I am so grateful that I found this place and I totally recommend Honest 1 - Auto Care. INITIAL REVIEW: My neighbor has been telling me about this place and has been giving them a stellar recommendation. I used them for the first time yesterday - just to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. Friendly, fast, professional service - Im totally satisfied. (And I appreciated the delicious cookie they left in my cup holder!) Im booking an appointment to have my brakes inspected. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer!

These guys are great, I am a first-time customer, and have always been very cautious and hesitant about auto repair shops that look too nice; since chains and dealers prices are sky high due to the costs that are passed down to the customer to keep the shops looking so nice. Not to mention that in these places, you feel like you are just another number, and they wont even take 2 minutes to address your issues. That being said, H1auto care has changed my mind; not only were they professional from the start, but they worked within the constraints of my engine warranty to sort out and resolve the problem on the vehicle. I thought i was going to have to replace the engine, and they were able to fix the problem without taking that route. I really appreciated their honesty. From the start Chris, Tom and Karen treated me with respect, kept me informed of my vehicle issue, gave me a fair price, and completed the service they said they would. Did I forget, they also provided me with a loaner for a fraction of the cost vs other car rental places. My vehicles and money will now be invested with these guys. Thanks H1 Auto Care!

Honest-1 Auto Care is everything that the reviews say they are. I just moved to the area, so I relied heavily on the review people posted. They have drinks, snacks and, arguably, the best Keurig K cup flavors for you while you wait. Their staff is extremely friendly. I never felt like they were pressuring me to have work done that I didnt feel necessary. The ONLY reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because the wait was a little long; 2 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and caliper replacement. In their defense, another customer came in while I was waiting and was in a hurry. I encounter customer who require priority in my job as well, so I understand the pressure to provide great customer service. Overall, theyre an amazing team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive taken my cars to Honest-1 for various reasons and have never been disappointed with the quality of work, customer service, price, and overall experience. Their free wi-fi allows me to work while my car is being serviced, so I dont have to sweat if I come in on my lunch break. The staff is beyond courteous and makes sure to do the right thing. On my most recent visit, I heard the manager tell a customer that it would cost around $1500 to fix their car, and rather than insist on the repairs, he suggested that the customer sell the car instead of having it fixed, sacrificing the sale and doing the right thing. I am glad I took my cars here, and Honest-1 will be my first stop for automotive service from here on out. Also - the cookies are delicious.

Those people are really honest. I have an rebuilt 2013 Mazda 3. Two days ago, I took the car to the shop because the traction control light comes on and off. They scanned the old stored codes (light came off then) and did some other diagnosis but couldnt locate the issue. So they reset the PCM and charged me one hour rate (they worked on the car for more than a hour). I had the light came back and off yesterday. Then today, they scanned the newly stored codes and said my car may need extensive diagnosis and it may require the expertise of the dealership. I thought I was going to pay them for their work not the result. But guess what, they just refunded me the money back. I pulled out of mess; they cut the loss. They are trustworthy. 11/7/2014

I came to Honest-1 in an emergency situation. They took immediate care of my car, drove me home, picked me up in the morning and had the car ready for me immediately. Best of all they didnt take advantage of the situation in terms of cost. They charged me a very fair and reasonable fee for the service they provided (both in terms of auto care and customer service). This is certainly the type of team I will continue to work with and trust with my car(s). In terms of physcial location, you rarely see this cleanliness and professionalism at an auto dealership, let alone a service center!!! Real top-notch!

I have been here several times to do car inspections and oil changes on my cars. Each time has been a pleasant experience and the services were done promptly and courteously. There were no upsells for unnecessary work. Can get busy on Saturdays but thats expected anywhere and they will be upfront with you about how long it might take to get the work done. Pricing is a bit higher compared to some other places Ive been. The waiting area is nice with free coffee, snacks, and soda. Free WiFi. Overall I would come back for my oil changes and state inspections.

The best experience. Mr Jim the owner is very personable and Karen who is the customer service at the front desk is very Knowledgeable about cars. I felt welcome when I walked in the door. My car needed and oil change and they were upfront and honest about what they recommend that is needed for my car and what can edit. I was out within 45 minutes Mr.Jim stated I have to leave now but thank you for coming. When I opened my door I had a special thank you gift. I ran back in a stated Thank You. Top service from beginning to end.
