A mechanic you can trust? At least one appears to exist! After spending $115 for someone to take 10 minutes to give me a ridiculous estimate for a new clutch , I was referred to Willy by a friend who swore by him. Willy drove my car, with me in it. Within 15 minutes I had a written estimate with a range and the MAXIMIM was over 30% cheaper than the first place. Hundreds of dollars cheaper and he gave me a few options. He estimated he could get it done in 2 days from when I give ok. I gave the go-ahead about 3PM on a tuesday. The work was done by 3 the next day. That not only saved me over $600, it saved me on my rental. Absolutely everything about my experience was wonderful. I will add that, even after complaining about the other shop, Willy didnt do what most guys do.. and put others down. He didnt have a bad word to say about the other place. Just said they have a good reputation. Very rare to find an auto guy who has integrity and cares about the work AND doesnt bad mouth others. Willy and Colleen were an answer to a prayer. My hubby and I have entrusted our cars to Swamp Pike Auto since they first opened in Phoenixville, then after they moved to Schwenksville/Limerick. Willy, the owner/operator, and his team of mechanics are excellent at what they do. He always let us know what our cars need at that time, and what can wait. He NEVER pressures us to have work done we dont need. We even bought a car from Willy when my husbands old car finally gave up the ghost. His front desk ladies (Colleen and Sherri) are so friendly and helpful; they make the whole process painless. Prices are fair and reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Swamp Pike Auto for every car need you have!

Just moved to the area and I was looking for a mechanic I could trust (not always easy, let me tell you!). This place exceeded my expectations - it was reasonably priced and they knew their stuff! I took my car in for 100,000 mile check up and I needed one of the locks on my door fixed (it stopped popping open automatically). The woman receptionist, who may also be the owner of the place, was straight forward and honest. She told me clearly what was wrong and the work was done well and efficiently. She called me and had me pick up my car within a day. I will be using swamp pike auto from now on!

Got me out of a bind. Car broke down 2 hours from home. Called AAA and since it was late they towed my car without me being there. Some places wont tow you until the difference is paid. They trusted and towed my car to my mechanic. My car was fixed within 24hrs. Highly recommend!
