Ive been going to this Firestone for nine years after having some expensive experiences with some local auto shops that had been recommended by old-timers in the area. An Australian military friend of our family, who was here for two years, was a gifted auto mechanic but his tools were back home. He was so impressed by this Firestone that he pushed us to go, and weve never been happier. The former manager, Kevin Yohn, was the most customer-service-oriented manager whom we have ever met. Our three vehicles (15 passenger van, Chrysler minivan, and Mini Cooper) have all been maintained like new, and all parts and labor warranties have been honored with no problem. When my Mini battery died over the winter, they replaced it on the spot with no charge for labor. Whenever I was certain that I needed an expensive repair, they always looked for the simplest explanation first, and they have saved me a ton of money. We could not be happier!

Recently took my car in for a tune-up and maintenance. First of all, they were the only place that seemed to be up-front about what happens during their tune-up on their website. Second, they caught errors in my car that seemed to explain every little thing going wrong (broken windshield wiper fluid line causing the fluid to lose pressure, broken elbow in the vacuum hose causing my car to stall when idling, and it needed an oil change, which I had meant to set up already). Third, having a time frame of "by the end of the day," they had it back in under three hours. The service was great, the employees were friendly, and the price was about what I expected it to be. Ill be coming back whenever I need work done on my car.

We have a college student in the area who needed a repair. (We live out of state). We were not familiar with any auto repair shops close by. Looked on the web, found Firestone. Called them, explained our situation and they took the car in right away. It ended up being a simple inexpensive repair, and it was done quickly. Really appreciate their promptness and honesty. They could have taken advantage given our situation. Its comforting to know we can count on them should another need arise.

i have never in my life been so frustrated. Oil change was supposed to take 2 hours took 6 1/2 and then while i was on my way there they closed and kept my car over night. I took a cab with the rest of the cash i had on me and so i was stranded until i could hitch a ride home. the next day i came back to get my car and it wouldnt start. i waited for an hour and finally i was able to leave. i dont write reviews often only once in a blue moon - some good, some bad - NEVER GO HERE!

what a joke, theyre understaffed so its a minimum 4 day wait!? What a joke, I use them because theyre all over the country for warranty work, tire balance/rotation, etc, but Im done. Unfortunately I have $3k+ worth of their tires on my two vehicles and another $4k+ in other work theyve done because apparently since Ive already paid for these services Im not important anymore.

I would give this place zero stars if i could. I will never return to this place. They made an appointment for me only to show up and be told that they couldnt perform the work needed. Huge waste of time. I then took my car to the Ford dealer and got it done for less. They even said there should be no reason why Firestone couldnt have done it. Stay away!!

Very nice people working there they explain to me all of different problems and what needed to be taken care of right away overall pretty good experience other than the price for the lifetime alignment says 149 on the site but when you actually pay for it it actually cost a lot more because they charge you labor so it was more like 200 something

Took car in for alignment due to vibrating steering wheel. They neglected to tell me of the STEEL WIRES poking out of multiple places on my tires which could easily cause a tire blowout and accident. Then had the nerve to say that it was a power steering issue! NEVER going again.

Called 5 times and no one answers their phone calls... I called a couple other place got pricing on tires one place just down road seems a little high but hey Ill Deal with that since at least they can answer there phone good job firestone lost more business

Took my truck here.. Tech saw frame rust attempted to lift truck anyways and folded my frame! WTF. Bad judgement, bad techs, bad CS, bad bad bad all around!

worst place to take your car . Not happy at all with service or the customer service . do not reccomened . Over charge , do things they shouldnt do
