Ill start by saying this is not my usual mechanic, but I was unable to make it to mine in a pinch last week when a tire needed a patch. I explained that two tires had significantly low PSI but one seemed worse than the other. I asked for both to be checked and while I was told they were, days later when the low pressure light came on AGAIN I began to suspect something was up. I brought it back to Wiygul in Waldorf, and lo and behold they neglected to find a nail in one of the offending tires. I dont know how you miss a nail. The gentleman at the front desk, a fellow whose name I missed, told me "Well, we dont know that we missed that." Of course you dont. Thats the point. You wouldnt know you missed it. I wouldnt be quite as unhappy if he hadnt lied to me about when its too far gone to patch a tire. I know he lied, because on my old vehicle I had the exact same thing occur and had the hole patched. That tire was fine until the day my car got totaled almost two years later. Even if Im wrong and thats not the case, this could have been avoided had they done their due diligence the first time around. Theres no way that my tire picked up that nail in less than a week, especially considering Id made all of two trips in my car between visits and the problem had existed prior to the first visit. Then he tells me its going to be almost $200 to replace a single tire. Im glad I called my usual mechanic and asked for a quote, because it was more than $100 less than what Wiygul quoted me. I wont be returning. This is clearly the kind of establishment that sees a single woman, assumes she doesnt know what on earth shes doing, and tries their hardest to railroad her instead. Wiygul, youre absolutely the worst. Thanks for making me miss a day of work because you couldnt be bothered to do the job right the first time. Stay far away.

I called Sullivans tire in Waldorf at about 10am to see if they could fix my brakes at 4:30 that evening. They said that they could. I informed them that my brakes were grinding and they said they would have everything ready at that time. I dropped my Ford Escape Hybrid off and, after waiting about 25 minutes for a break inspection, I was told that my Escape would be ready in about an hour and a half. It was 4:45 at that time and I told them I would be back around 6:00. They had my cell phone number. I walked around the mall for an hour or so, then headed back. When I got there my Escape was parked out front. I went inside the pay up and was informed that they THOUGHT they had all the parts, but they in fact did not. I was a little peeved that I wasnt called and informed so I wouldnt be wasting my time walking around the mall. They told me that they would get the parts in the next day and that I could bring my Escape back the next evening. The next morning, again around 10am, I called Sullivans, explained my unfortunate experience the day before and, expecting some latitude, ask if I could bring my Escape i at 4:30 that day. The response was: "we close at 6". Not what I asked, but I explained to the guy that I really expected a little latitude since they had wasted an hour of my time the day before. They guy told me that he didnt know what he could do. I went to Tires Plus about a half mile away and will not have anything good to say about Sullivans tires on Patrick St. in Waldorf, MD.

Was told that my back break pads and rotors needed to be replaced and the cost was going to be over $500. Took it to a very good friend of mine who has worked on cars for several years. Only the pads needed to be replaced and the rotors didnt need to be replaced since they were in great shape. Total cost of Labor and Materials $100. Saved myself over $400 for work that was not needed in the first place. Another example of a service center needing a customer to come away with a bill $300+. Hmmm....... Last time I go there.

The overall service was extremely professional. My salesperson was B. Kitchens who was very much attentive to my automotive needs. He explained everything that was going to be performed and offered the very best solution in making sure that my vehicle received the best care. The wait was well within the 2 hours expected and he made me feel right at home. I absolutely recommend this location for all of your service needs.

I did not have anyone to bring me to their garage so Ernie said they would have someone bring me home. Thank you to Mike who gave me a ride back home. Their prices were reasonable and they have a military discount. I would take my vehicles there again. Thank you.

The lest professional place for car service I have been to staff including the manager is a joke better off going any where else the is worst wanting you to get work that is unnesseary to youre viehicle is wrong and they dont care
