I was totally new to this experience. You see, my husband passed while we were living out of state. My family, however, is here in Pittsburgh. So I had a moving company pack up my 3 bdrm house, transport my car and I flew back home with my Dear Ones ashes for the memorial Mass and placement in our vault. Meanwhile, all of my belongings are in a storage facility on the other side of the country. When the time finally arrived that I found a place that I could afford on my meager SocSec check (a 1 bdrm apartment), I realized t was gonna have a lot of items that wouldnt fit! I called EZ Storage simply because I looked on Google and they were the closest to my apartment, to be honest. I figured at least Id get an idea of how this works! Well, to my surprise, I knew I had the right place as soon as Ron answered the phone. He was so polite, helpful, asked about my needs, and so darn funny

They take you step by step through securing your unit, making it easy to access, and most importantly you know what you are storing is safe! The customer service is beyond excellent, they are always there when you have questions or need anything. I highly recommend using them!
