Well I dont have much to say about the property because I wasnt at all that impressed with it. There was too many spiders for me. I was only able to get a unit because your employee Keyona showed me 250 units. It was hot that day and the spiders were everywhere and so many of the units looked crazy but that young lady was nice and courteous with me the whole time and she showed me unit after unit after unit until I FINALLY found one that I could stomach. She could have got frustrated after that first hot crazy hour of looking but she kept with me and was soooo nice, too nice if you ask me and I really really really appreciate her patience. She was running around in all that heat trying to fix things and make things work...I was very impressed with that young lady. She made my day more bearable than it would have been had I gotten someone who had had enough of me and was impatient and ready for me to make a decision. You really do not find customer service that good anymore so for that I was grateful.

Ms. Bridget and Ms.Maneika they we very nice and very helpful and friendly they also didnt rush to get out of there hair or faces. They took me out to see the storage to make sure thats the one i needed and also told if i need more space to just let them know and they will change it for me. But another than that i will send anyone i know who is looking for a storage the Public storage on west market anyday!!

I had a great experience at Public Storage. I arrived 30minutes prior to closing time and they still took their time to show me the storage space to be sure it was the right size and to get all my paperwork filled out correctly. Ms.Maneika made sure I had a great experience and that I understood everything. I would recommend Public Storage on W. Market to anyone I know looking for a storage place.

We needed assistance FAST and Kristy with Public Storage #24202 was right there for us! She was able to provide storage space on the same day, immediate follow-up phone call for our request and we were unloading our stuff within an hour !! I highly recommend this Public Storage facility at 4605 W Market St, GSO !!

After searching for a reasonable price storage unit, I found Public Storage. The staff was very polite and helpful in meeting my needs. The staff took their time to show me which storage would suit my needs. Im am great fun for the I help.

Please dont do business with Public Storage. There is no one I have dealt with who wasnt rude and the locations are filthy. We dont normally have items to store - this was a one time thing. I will never do business with them again.
