My 5-Star experience began as soon as I walked in the door! Desiree welcomed me with a smile & a plesant greeting! She was awesome to say the least! This was my first experience with needing to rent a storage unit. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it! Why?...Desiree! Customer service is big for me. I am an "average joe" and deserve no special treatment...ever. Desiree explained everything to me...she answered all my questions...and quite honestly, I felt like I was the only customer they have! I dont know if it is simply Desiree, the training there, whatever is in the coffee or who knows what...all I can say is that I HIGHLY recommend them! As far as the facility...you can eat off of the floor there!!!! I viewed 3 different size units and they were all spotless! The entire building is as clean as can be! If you realize how they respect the facility, it is no wonder that they treat their customers with the utmost WORLD CLASS SERVICE! Thank you Desiree & STORExpress! A job WELL DONE!!! A+++++ service and facilities! The units are all very reasonably priced and having an office onsite thats open every day is amazing! The units are unbelievably clean and nice, having climate controlled units is a huge plus to store my items in. The staff who works there are very professional, courteous, and nice. They were always available to me if I needed help at the facility and the location of this StoreXpress is perfect for me! Being right off of 376 is much better than having to go downtown since I have to move stuff out of town, I can just take 79 - 376 and be at the facility in 2 minutes. All in all, I recommend this company and this location of this storage facility over all others in the Robinson area. For how good the customer service and the quality of the units are, they are absolutely the best around!!!!

StorEpress was the first and only storage that I called. I could not believe they had indoor storage plus you were able to use their truck for free. You give them $250 and everything else was free. I bought everything that I needed to pack my furniture wrap my glass and my refrigerator with. This is the first time that I have appreciated packing and moving. Not really, packing moving but you know what I mean. Everything was very clean. Customer service was a great help. My only concern was with one customer service rep after hours he should be more understanding when asked a question. I did call back in the am and express my feelings about how this person responded to my question. But other than that I really appreciate everything about the company. Will recommend to anyone.

I have nothing but Great things to say about STOREExpress in Robinson. Firstly, the staff is extremely polite and you receive that feeling right from the door. They provide excellent customer service and perform as professionals. The staff is well informed about their products. The building is clean and free from clutter. I was also impressed that management went an extra step to accommodate their woman renters with bathroom toiletries. The buildings security system allows you to feel safe when entering after hours. I could keep going but Ill reframe because it starting to sound like Im in love... Big Smiles. Im in Miami Florida but Im very comfortable in my international travels knowing that my personal belonging are in good hands. Thank you.

I dont think Ive ever rated a storage facility with five stars. Ive used lots of them over the years, and this facility was the absolute best. Amber and Michelle make it extremely easy to book the space, pay the bills, and get access. They do everything they can to make it simple to understand and fulfill the customers end of the bargain. And a bargain it is. Clean, bright, safe, and super-easy access from most major roads around Robinson Township. After thinking about it, I dont believe there is anything they could change to make this a better facility. Thanks to both of you for making my transition/moving a whole lot easier than I thought it would be! Susan Williams

This place feels like the future. Doors that automatically open, lights that turn on as you walk, clean white hallways lined with doors. My stuff is safe, dry, and kept at a consistent temperature. The woman who waited on me was super friendly. She answered all of my questions, found the perfect sized unit for the stuff I had, and made the experience as good as possible. I will recommend STORExpress to all my friends.

Professional and yet personal! Had a climate-controlled storage unit there for over 4 years and it was always clean and everyone at the office was always extremely friendly and accommodating! Especially Michelle and Christina! Plus, the price was reasonable and the location extremely convenient. Big recommendation; if you have any storage needs, dont look any further than STORExpress Self Storage.

I needed a place to store my grandmothers belongings for 2-3 months. Although it wasnt the closest facility to her house, it was the cleaner and safer than the other options closer to me. The staff were all very nice. What I thought was going to be a stressful endeavor, turned out to be way easier and more affordable than I thought. Thanks again!

Its my first time to use Self Storage. It exceeded my expectation. The reservation, check-in, service, and amenities are even better than hotels. I got climate control storage. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to off-load with different carts available and elevator. What brought me to STORExpress is the free truck. Its an added vale to my need.

I used STORExpress between leases. They made everything so simple and the staff was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially when recommending the appropriate size unit. Did I mention I was able to use their free truck offer that saved me about $100?? I would definitely recommend using them for any moving needs!

Excellent customer service! Amy was very helpful answering our questions. She was a very happy person and easy to work with. The facility is well laid out, clean, no sign of pests (always a plus!) Good parking, very secure and lots of other pluses! Would absolutely recommend to friends and businesses!

A very good place to rent storage space and to run a small business out of. The dock is a wonderful feature. The units are very convenient to access. The employees are great and put up with all of my crap with boxes and trucks coming in and out. Couldnt be happier or a better deal.
