I have never used a storage facility before and Megan made the process very easy. She asked what I would be storing to figure out the best size unit for me. I was between two sizes and went with the bigger one (even though Megan suggested the smaller one). After much thought (and paperwork), I changed my mind! Megan was extremely helpful and pleasant even when I couldnt make up my mind. I felt bad changing my preference, but she had no problem fixing the paperwork for me. It seemed to get busy and more people needed Megans attention, she didnt forget about me while I was filling out the paper, and finished helping me as soon as I was done. (You know how sometimes, at other places, while youre filling out paperwork the employee starts helping someone else and then you have to wait until theyre done with that person). Claudia came in a little bit later and was just as nice. They were both super friendly and had conversations with us while we were finishing the process of signing up. I would definitely recommend this public storage for the great/professional service.

Not satisfied. I reserved a unit with Erica and sent my moving guys with the reserved unit info and payment. Erica made a mistake on the unit and put us into a smaller unit that was estimated to be the size that I had to pay for. The unit was switched to a 3rd floor unit with very little airconditioning. Very deceitful game. Two months later I received a call that they lost my paperwork so we had to go sign the lease again. We were on vacation when this call came through. Very upset now someone is f..k..g up. The District Manager should have contacted me sooner if there was a problem with the lost paperwork. I offerred to fax them my copy since I was on vacation and not due back for 2 weeks. Erica said that it would not be valid. This seems like a scam that they play with ppl and I will take my business to a better place.

Since I hadnt done this in years and was not doing this for myself I wanted to see what I was getting. So I went to a couple of PS locations then decided on this particular one in Tamarac, mostly because of the service of the young workers there. Besides having what I needed, the experience was painless and the two young people manning the office were helpful and knowledgeable. Julius and Sendeline two delightful young people with smiling faces and terrific attitudes guided me through the process. If you ever need a storage location its worth your time and effort to go when Julius and Sendeline are working. They make a good team and handle the job with ease and confidence. Thanks.

I want to share my experience with this storage ,i had to use them on two different occassion and believe me i have no regrets and i will recommend you to any family or friends.The staff is great. the way they greet you when you enter the door it makes you feel so comfortable like you are at home they try, to know their customer on a one and one by their first name.If i should ever be in FT. LAUDERDALE again and need a storage be shore to know i will be coming to you.I want to say abig thank you to the staff claudia,sandeline,merceline and carolyn hope i spell your names right,i also want to let you know Texas is great and i like it here.

I need an airconditioned space for paper goods and other objects subject to mildew...so I pay the extra fees for indoor space. (and they raise the prices without warning)....but the staff has always been helpful....I pay at the location and check my space. One of the staff, Claudia, always calls me by name and is the most helpful...she has the knack of being friendly but quick and efficient at the same time....Price wise, not sure about Public Storage....service wise, a very good choice.

I came to public storage on tamarac on a very bad day Moving is not easy..when I walked in omg the Customer service made me smile..everybody stood up and greeted me ask me and ask If I needed help , they listened to me and everything then we took a look at the priority . I liked what I seen it was clean cool and decent and the priority employees ( Mimi , Eddie) and there manager (Jose) was very very nice and respectful I will be back... and I will refer ppl ..Thank you public storage

I was shopping around to find a safe place to store some products I just recently bought for a new business. James at public Storage was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the how the security of the facility would help protect my stuff. He also told me about the insurance and how the locks they sell are not normal and make it nearly impossible for them to be sniped by bolt cutters. I feel very comfortable storing my things here after talking with James.

My husband and I needed storage space so we made a reservation at 2 different storage locations but I am glad we went to the Public Storage on University. The unit we reserved was not large enough so Eddy helped us find the right size to fit all our JUNK..LOL..and it was also on special like the one we had reserved so it was still a GREAT deal. Thanks so much for all your help assisting us with our storage needs "Public Storage" and Eddy of course :) #storageinmyarea

Moving is an experience that can have many obsiticals Claudia has made an awful experience enjoyable. Without her assistance my move would have been worse. She was there when I needed the assistance she listened to my needs and set me up with the space I required. I tried to give the review a number of times and was told it never went through. If you offer an opportunity to review a location and employee you should check the sight to make sure its working properly

I had the best experience at this Public Storage. Not only is it located less then 10 minutes away from me but Erica and Wilna were very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding how much rental space I would need , pricing , and security info. I will continue to refer friends and family to this Public Storage located in Tamarac because of the extraordinary experience.Erica and Wilna keep up the great work you guys really went over and beyond. The recepcionist Lucy is bery rude and unprofessional. She needs learn how to treat the public. I did a reservation and got the office 5:00pm. She was helping a customer. She turn her face to me and said that dont had time to help me because the last customer she get is 5:00pm. And I had a space rented numbe 6085. I told her that lock and door has a problem and she never ask to the management departament to fix it. I am very upset with this girl.

A big thank you to The Manager, Claudia, as well as Lakia and Megan. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Moving is stressful enough! I was able to move my items into my bin and everything went well. I also want to thank Mike Kennel, the District Supervisor for his assistance, over and above the call of duty!
