For the first time in my life, I needed the services of a storage. The professional staff provided me with great customer service. They literally had me at hello from my phone call. And Im a picky, no nonsense type person. The friendly staff not only helped me get acclimated but were thorough, efficient, speedy and showed me a couple of units during my tour - to ensure I chose the best option. Most importantly, they explained all docs before I signed i.e. length of term, storage fee date & cost, insurance and accessories (locks). A couple of days after getting my storage unit, I stopped by to put some things in then locked up afterwards. An hour later, I received a call from the manager advising me that my storage unit hadnt been locked properly. When I arrived with my mom, I was so relieved because I came to find my items in the same place I had left them and no vandalism had occurred. Though I had insurance, I was worry free because the unit is my responsibility and anything couldve happened but thank God nothing did. But that phone call I received from the staff made my day and for that Ill be a repeat customer.

In 2011 I had an amazing experience with this facility. The process of moving can be very stressful and with the many decisions having to make is overwhelming. When in searching for a storage facility I wanted not only the best price but great service. My first impression was with just the greeting was very welcoming. The consultant offering a tour and basic questions that I didnt even think off in regards to size, insurance and access to the facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, well lighted, and the access was very convenient. I really felt like I was a part of the family and both Patrick the manager of the property as the Ray assistant manager went above and beyond. I always recommend my friends, family and anyone whom may be in need of storage to come to this facility. You will not be disappointed. The level of professionalism is great attribute of this company. Keep up the amazing job!! Thank you again for making my experience in a time of need back then so pleasurable.

Prior to renting, I thought all storage facilities were the same. When you choose Extra Space Storage, you will never regret it. Matt at the Coral Springs, FL location is amazing. He is a first class gentleman and the best at customer service. He was so understanding and made my NY to FL move so much easier. He provided concierge service that a hotel couldnt compare to.The storage facility was so clean and accessible. The hours were great. Not only you will get the bang for your buck, they will go above and beyond for you. They are extremely knowledgable and will ask questions that you wont even think of. No pushy sales approach, just straight out to help you with the right storage accommodation. I will recommend all who reads this review that just come to the location and try it out. You wont regret it! Especially if Matt is welcoming you. Thanks a Million Extra Space Storage! You have a customer for life and more referrals to come.

Yes extra space storage is clean & spic & span. However my concerns are more centered around security. 1, almost every other storage facility, has a gate or fense that requires you to enter a code to get into & to get out of. Extra Sapace has not such gate. 2, once you enter the access code to get onto the elevator, you then have access to the whole facility every floor. If my storage unit is on the 2nd floor, then my elevator code should allow me onto the second floor only simple as that. again alsmost all other facilities within the same price range as Extra Space offer these basic security measures as standard. This is of concern to me because this is where we store our valuables. Thus it should be as secure as possible. On the posative note again the management is friendly & accomodating. Hopefuly the read these suggestion & make improivement in their service offerings.

Im the Manager of Goldengate Moving Services, Inc. We have moved and will continue to move our Clients to Extraspace Storage in Coral Springs due to the fact that Patrick is extremely professional and always takes his time to explain to the Client all their options. The location is great which is very close to I-75 and centrally located in Coral Springs with easy access. Me and our team of movers along with the Client appreciate very much how organized and clean the entire Facility is which is hard to find. The loading area in the back is great because it does not interfere with potential tenants walking in and out of the building and the elevators are literally a few feet away as soon as you come in. facility is extra clean, very accessible, and staff is professional, friendly, and outgoing. If your going to need storage, this is the place to keep your stuff safe, clean, and accessible. Other storage facilities may try to compare with price, but for me, price is nothing compared to keeping my stuff safe and a staff that attends to my needs. It is nice for a change for a place of business to respect my patronage and pamper me. I did not see any signs of bugs or rodents, and the facility is very quiet, but does have music playing in halls for you to enjoy. There are bathrooms on every floor and that sure makes it a whole lot better moving experience.

John and Michael assisted me in providing a much needed storage space of the right size for what I needed. I realize this is a pretty simple task however the professionalism and also the friendliness of both individuals was above exemplary. I also found out through general conversation that John was training which was hard to tell since he handled himself as someone whos been doing this for the long time. Michael was excellent in both handling my needs while assisting John in his training, something I know to be a difficult task as I have been in that role.

I have been searching around for a storage facility because I am relocating to the area and was in your Coral Springs location and was very impressed by the cleanliness and security. I also was assisted by a manager, I think hes name was Frank who was very helpful and friendly and gave me alot of great information. The facility was impressive and I liked the fact that theres no gate but a huge access area in the back that was well lit and looked very secure. Definitely will consider this location.
