I recently went in search for some storage units at this location. The first thing that struck me was how clean this location is.( parking & office) It looked amazing. The units were also very clean. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Ernest. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the promotions they offered so I knew I came to the right place. He personally walked me to a unit and inspected it with me. I hate moving but Ernest made my search such a pleasurable experience. I have officially found my storage facility for my business. We will be moving from North Carolina very soon and my search is over. Right away I called my boss and told him we need to change storage locations to this location. I would highly recommend this location. See you guys very soon, and thanks again Ernest.

The worst customer service Ive ever seen. There arent ever any carts around when you need them and they expect you to go all over the place to find one. The price is outrageous for what you get. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
