From the moment I made the reservation online, to after the day I stored my belongings at this location, the manager has been nothing but courteous and helpful. He even called a couple of days later to find out if my moving experience went as planned (now thats good customer service). Even on the day I went to sign in the first time, he helped me get a better price than the one I had reserved. This is what you should be looking for when you browse for SERVICE... Public Storage CSR and manager, thank you for your exemplary service.

Excellent!! This location is FIVE starts! I had a unit for about 6 months and was very, very happy. ALWAYS clean, organized, well lit, cold AC, loading/unloading carts always accessible. Never had an issue! The only reason I no longer have that unit in that location is because I moved further North and this location was too far for me to drive to on the consistent basis that I needed access for it. EXCELLENT customer service! Sergio, Alvaro and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Very professional!

September 2014 was my second time using this facility. I have not a complaint. From the moment I inquired, until the moment what unit I really wanted came available; it was a wonderful experience. Sergio is simply the best! The most kind, professional, and pleasant person Public Storage could have as a team-member. Sergio made signig up and closing out the unit a very good experience. An overall great facility and kudos to Alvaro as well. Continue to do great work, its appreciated!

Awesome service very kind staff flexible open hours both office and storage hours.Carlos is great employee very kind and explained everything with clarity and detail.i feel like I left my belongings at home the the rates are great!!! Got a 102 with the "1 dollar" first month rent and couldnt be more happier.thanks public storage for making my moving a more pleasant experience and I recommend this to any one looking for a storage place.

I want to thank Albaro for helping me and my parents rent out a storage unit there. He was very professional and knew his job. Id definitely recommend this location to everyone. Ive rented out from different storage companys before and nothing like the experience Ive gotten from here. Excellent rental prices and great customer service equals a happy customer!! YEAH I CURRENTLY RENT HERE MAN AND YOU KNOW, ALVARO DAVILA REALLY MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE REALLY EASY AND FUN TOO. HE KEPT MAKING JOKES AND REALLY TURNED MY MOOD AROUND AFTER I LEFT. This facility is super clean and has the best customer srvc i have experienced so far. Carlos the property manager had alot of patience with me and helped me select the perfect storage unit. Facilities are clean and manager on property Carlos seemed to be very nice. However due to the poor networking and computers I had to stay for more than an hour to finalize a payment. They also did not disclose a $20 charge for lock, after previously asked you twice if they quoted me a final price.

Very Nice place and staff, however weve only been there a little over a year and they have raised the rental rate 3 times, its like every 4 months we get a letter saying they will be raising the rate, and people keep paying it so they keep hiking it up. So we are looking at other places. Sorry : (
