I had my boat there for over two years. Beware they charge you every possible way they can. For example, they charged a security fee every month. My boat was broken into and a tv and other items were stolen and they told me they have no security nor are they responsible. They charged an environmental fee and they said its because of the EPA requires it (no idea what the fee covers). The office staff is useless. You tell them what you want and they do something completely different. Then they argue about it as if you didnt give them instructions prior. I moved my boat to a place that is half their price and appreciates boaters business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Becky the dockmaster and her staff are absolutely the best. If you know anything at all about boating, you will definitely trade in business with this Marina. Their pricing is extremely fair, they are very friendly, and the amenities are exceptional. Dealing with the locks can be a bit cumbersome but like everything in life, there are trade offs. I will deal with the locks everyday in order to pay a Marina where I feel that customers are respected, treated with kindness, and the staff takes great care of their facilities. Chris DeLaRue

Charlie Lord is a great guy and cape marina does a good job of keeping their customers happy and treated fairly. a good family owned business. Lots of amenities and fair service department. Good for outboard and sterndrive repairs. They even get warranty work done right there on the premises. i strongly recommend cape marina.

Great location, staff and the full spectrum of amenities that you could ask for in a modern marina setting. I have had many interesting situations arise over a number of years that were resolved in an amicable manner with the management and staff.

Reflects security paranoia of east coast. If you are immersed in culture of suspicion, great marina. If you are from areas with high societal trust, the yard will seem like a busybody haven. Otherwise great facility.

Great dock staff. Head management is another story. If your looking for 100 amp, good luck. The power isnt the best. Pops breakers. Has a nice fuel dock and high speed pumps. Just holler Mike. Theres 5 that work there.

Stopped in to look at the cruise ship fromthe marina. Very nice store with lots of interesting items. Found earings there that I did not expect to find in this location.
