I had my credit card reissued due to the Home Depot hacking. So my automatic payments were not going through. I was never called (which they had my work and cell number), they sent certified mail to an address that I had never given them and had not lived at for 10 years. They then auctioned my unit and started renting my unit at a higher rate than what i had. The only conclusion i can come to is they wanted me out and did as little they could to notify me so they could auction and re-list the unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Be very careful! Started renting a unit only a few months in and now I just got a letter of a rate increase! After you move everything in there they got you and force you to pay the higher rate! If not then you have to move all your stuff out to another facility. Spending more money and time. Should be against the law! Im so sorry I started with them to begin with. I hope this review discourages other potential clients and they lose business over this.

Poor phone etiquette, and customer service. I wouldnt keep my stuff there if they paid me. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude.
