This place is a joke they totally screwed me out of my stuff I went there with a girl friend n got a unit the lady never specified that if I was not on the paperwork that I would not be allowed in the unit I did not fill out the paperwork my girlfriend did but I paid for it was standing right there with her the whole time filling out paperwork nothing was ever said two weeks later we split up n they would not let me in to get my stuff even though i had the keys I just didnt have the gate code then two months later at auction I had someone there to try n buy the unit for me they didnt even get a chance because I had been in contact with the storage people the entire time trying everything to get my stuff n they keep telling me they were sorry they went sorry the worst n most horrible people ever just my opinion bad experience if u rent make sure everyone is on paperwork

After getting a nasty attitude from the competitor down the street, I stopped by here and was immediately greeted by Chris, he explained to me all the sizes and units available, after I told him what I needed to store he showed me to the perfect space, he explained all the security in the property which made me feel at ease with storing here. We returned inside and he gave me paper work to fill out and how much it was going to be, I was extremely satisfied with the price for my unit, unlike the place I had came from previously that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for just two mattresses and a night stand. I am grateful to Chris for helping me out! Defiantly would recommend to anyone in need of some storing!

My wife reserved a unit online. A few days later when I went to make the down payment I was surprised to learn about some of the extra fees such as the required insurance and sale of a lock. Even though I was surprised and disappointed with the unexpected costs Wendy and Deb were great. They were empathetic to my frustrations, patient while explaining things to me and were even able to get me joking with them while they were working through some troubles with the computers. I decided to keep the reservation and storage unit with Public Storage because of the service I received from Wendy and Deb.

I recently went in to get some information on renting a unit while some work is being done on my house and Katrina was WONDERFUL! She was kind and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions...even the "stupid" ones! She also explained the importance of covering / protecting the mattress and couch Ill need to store...which the "other" place I was checking out didnt do. When the work starts, Ill be renting from Katrina at Public Storage for sure!

From the moment we walked in Chris the manager was polite friendly explained everything there were 3 other customers there at the same time and he did his best to please everybody he took off on a group tour to show AC units they were clean well lit he explained everything in detail and we feel very comfortable in this day in age that kind of quality and customer service is rare and we appreciate him and public storage

The staff at this Public Storage are very nice. The former owner of this storage complex, if you could fine a cart you were lucky, after Public Storage took over there are always carts by the doors. I had a unit in the climate control area and for the Florida area to keep the humidity down and not worry about mold getting to your stuff. If I need storage again in this area I will go back with them.

The Department Manager was the BEST! Deborah was so knowlegable and helpful with picking out my storage for the first time. Im from out of state and was moving in the area but my new place was furnished so I needed storage and this was the perfect place to come. The place was cleaner than most and the people were EXCELLENT. I will recommend this place to all my friends in the new area.

This Public Storage is the only place I would leave my most valuable items. The site is secure and the lockers are very clean. The only thing better than the lockers is the kind and caring staff.
