Readers; Laura the manager at 10505 Marlin Road facility is a very polite and professional person to do business with. I made a reservation on a Saturday for a small 7’ x 10’ unit. Laura showed me the unit and was pleased. I said that I wasn’t quite sure if it would be large enough. She said we can adjust it when I arrive with the furniture Tuesday, as long as there was a larger unit available. When I picked the furniture Monday, in another City, I used a 6’ x 12’ rental trailer. I am an excellent packer and I knew then I would have to have a larger storage unit. I called Public Storage and Imara answered. I explained I would like to rent a larger unit and she handled the change in reservation with ease. Imara stated that when I arrived Tuesday all my information will be in the computer ready for me to finish the paper work. Tuesday morning I arrived shortly after the office opened. Laura was there and greeted me. I told her about the change in reservation. She said that was fine but since all of Public Storage computers were down she couldn’t access the reservation. She said that she could get me going until they come back up. She showed me the unit and I readily accepted. I was in the process of the moving my items in when she stopped by and said the computers were up and running. At the completion of the move I finished the paper work. Laura was calm, professional and cognizant of my time. I believe she is an asset to Public Storage, and I would recommend this Public Storage facility.

I had an horrible experience here. I knew something wasnt right when Laura practically begged for a review on my first day! The property manager herself sets expectations that she cant fulfill. I informed her that I would be moving out in a month because I was waiting on association approval. She told me she would give me a "courtesy call" to remind me. She actually called when I already incurred fees. So I ended up paying for another month that I didnt even need. I will never do business with them again because of this bad experience.

For me Laura is the best Manager that Public Storage can have at Marlin RD, Miami, Fla.She helps me in my concerns with the pmts and I trust her in all her advise to rent a Unit at the Public Storage and how is the best way to preserve my furniture etc at he storage.Laura keeps the place clean and organize.She is very pleasant with me and other customers.I recommended her to my families and friends.All of them are very happy with her customer services. I am very pleased that Public storage has Laura working in their company!!!!!

Ive been a renter at this facility for quite some time and recommend it to anyone needing extra space. Laura, the manager at this facility is very friendly yet professional and is always willing to help if any concerns arise. You can tell that she takes pride in her work because the facility is always kept clean and she takes the time to know her renters by name. She also makes sure that if there is a problem, to check up with you to make sure it was resolved. I recommend this facility 100%!!

Just moved from Maryland to Miami long trip made easy by using Public Storage. Great storage units they are clean and secure. I was worried about leaving my personal belongings in storage. Than I meet Laura she explained everything about the security and who has access to the units. She is very professional and attentive to her clients. She made me feel so much better about leaving all my things there with her. Shes AWESOME!!! I highly recommend this public storage.

My experience was unique. Although the system was not working and the paperwork had to be done by hand, Josephine, made the process painless. She had great energy and a positive attitude. She was fantastic, explaining every step of the way. She was really nice to work with. I would recommend this storage company. Ask for Josephine, she will help you with a smile.

I rented this Facility a few months back and was very impressed on how well the place looks. Laura who assisted me was very profesional and cortious and answered all my questions. She keeps this place well maintained and clean and all of our belongings are quite safe. If we ever need to rent a storage facility again this is the place I will go back too.

Awesome customer service! We had to rent a unit because the new place where we were moving to was not ready, and we found a space quickly and at a great price. The leasing process went on smoothly. Antony and Josephine saved our day! They took away a lot of stress out of the process.
