This is the best storage facility in Homestead hands down. Take it from me I have rented at most of the others here and none compare to Storage Maxx. I use the storage for business (keep my materials stored here) I have never had an issue with access as I did in other places. the employees go out of their way to help you in what ever you need. The site is well kept and maintained. And best of all very secure and central. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings I would definetly recomend Storage Maxx.

I highly recommend Storage Maxx!! Plenty of space to get around other people working in their units and at other storage places in Homestead that can be difficult. Its always clean in the offices & around the lot. The employees, Nelson & David, are always friendly & helpful. They always have a smile & a kind word to say. They both are very community minded as well which I really appreciate. You wont be sorry choosing Storage Maxx!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This facility has video surveillance that TAPES OVER ITSELF EVERY 5 DAYS. SO, if you dont intend on checking on your belongings every four days or so, it is WORTHLESS!!! They do not refund, there is no exception, even when your property is stolen and their EPIC FAIL security system would allow another client to ride off with your possessions and give law enforcement NOTHING to investigate with. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I drive a big truck and Storage Maxx is pretty much the only game in town for a safe place to park. Theyre friendly and VERY easy to work with. Getting in and out is a little tight (but what place isnt this far south?). I only use their temporary parking but they have dedicated spots too. Very happy with them.

We store our RV here and it is truly awesome. We are extremely pleased with the customer service. Nelson has always been very accommodating and kind when weve had problems arriving at the storage during regular hours.
