We have been at this storage for 10 yrs due to the small closet space in the Florida apartments. I was looking to change storage facilitys but I changed my mind due to the fact that Brandon the assistant manager was here. I met him at another facility where my daughter rents and was impressed with his knowledge & customer service skills. Brandon is true to his word and if he doesnt have the answer will research then provide the correct information. He is definitely one of the reasons that I am still a customer today. It is very hard to find someone with excellent customer service skill and knowledgeable about his job because he cares. My daughter will be changing to Security Storage very soon. I also want to say I am & have been very happy with Security Self Storage/this location & would like to remain a satisfied customer. Keeping the rates reasonable and great customer service is always a good thing.

I had a storage unit at this location for several years, well I recently needed a larger unit, the young lady by the name of Jesula Michel took care of myself and my wife, she explained that at the moment there was no larger unit available, she did however told us that a unit would be available in two days and that she would make sure to let us know when it did, sure enough we got our unit in two days, Ms. J.Michel was very helpful, she got us the unit in the same building and floor as my previous unit, where as it was quite easy to transfer our things. I cant express how much my wife and I appreciate the assistance we received.

Customer Service at this location is AMAZING!!!! Brandon is a great person, the entire staff Sandra etc..... everyone is very friendly and eager to help. I went to this location on December 31, 2016, feeling as if my world was coming to an end....... I left thinking I can get anything and everything done! Brandon turned by day around and I started the new year in a very positive note! They bend over backwards to accommodate all of your needs and always with a smile! amazing experience would highly recommend this facility to all! A big thank you to Brandon and all of the staff!

This has been the most positive self storage experience I have ever had. Property Manager Brandon Kissoon was helpful and courteous. He worked with my schedule, for move out and move in. He keeps the facility neat, clean and organized. He runs the office with professionalism and efficiency. Brandon is seriously the best! From the first time I walked in to rent a unit to the time I walked out of the office to close my unit, I was welcomed warmly and with the utmost professionalism by him and the other staff members at ESS. Our Church has a storage unit here! The facility is always very clean, the security is stand alone, the absolute best, the staff is friendly, and accommodating. Tony, Major, and Katie always go out of their way to help us with whatever they can assist with. Complimentary waters have been brought right to me when they knew I was working hard! Sandra and Brandon are amazing!!! I was happy that they stayed on after the switch from Security Self Storage to Extra Space Storage. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. The entire 7 month or so experience was great!! Very helpful staff getting set-up originally; and also when I gave my notice that I was vacating. Always had a cart available (nice size) when I was moving stuff in and out; big elevators; and wide aisles. Will definitely use them again in the future!!
