I recently transferred my belongings into the Hialeah Extra Space Storage from the Hammock Extra Space Storage. The Manager, Jose Sepulveda was extremely helpful and pleasant to assist me with the change over. He did it very quickly and efficiently. The Hialeah location is very clean and easily accessible and the rates are reasonably within my budget. The unit rates at the Hammock Extra Storage location have got extremely outrageous and were no longer affordable. I could not believe that in less than 5 months after moving into their storage location, they increased my monthly payment nearly $30.00. When I moved into the Hammock storage, they offered me no discount or reduction in the first month. At Hialeah, I got my first month free, which allowed me to pay the movers what I would have had to pay for my March payment at the Hammocks. I am very happy with my decision and with the new location at Hialeah. Thank you Jose!

I initially went to this specific Extra Space Storage because of the great reviews of Jose, the property manager, and his staff - and boy, was that a great decision. A few weeks into my rental I had a few issues with my unit, but Jose, Gabi, and the rest of the staff worked wonders to get me up and running again. They were very polite and courteous, and always willing to help. The experience could have been terrible, but they managed to turn a potentially bad situation into a great one - not many people can do that with their customers. There are plenty of options when it comes to storage - and the products are all the same (just a room with a lock), but the staff at this Extra Space Storage is definitely the one you want managing your storage complex! Highly, highly recommended!

I ended up having to cancel my storage unit, and this is gonna sound weird, but I wish I hadnt had to, based on the great service I got. Milena was incredible, she greeted us, took us up to see storage rooms before signing anything to make sure we knew what we wanted, gave us a tour, explained everything about the place, and then offered us cookies. I swear, it says something about typical business practice today that customer service on that level can make me feel so good. Thank you so much for that experience!

Where do I start....I have been at this location for the good part of two years...big unit , small unit...medium unit you name it we had it!!!....The location is very comfortable for us...the staff...what can I say??...they are the BEST!!!!...Jose and now Nicolas bent over backwards to accommodate the customer. The place is super clean...all in all I would not go anywhere else!!!...they have only 5 stars to give them....well we have 5 more!!!!

I was at this Extra Space Storage location today, got a unit and moved all my stuff I needed to move inside my unit. The staff here Naila and Jose were extremely nice and helpful. Naila was nice enough to take her time and show me various units around this location and sold me some boxes and a lock I needed to finalize my move. Over all great experience, will recommend this location to friends and family for there storage needs...

I was pleasantly surprised. The space was bigger & cheaper than other storage facilities, and thats with the insurance included. Theyre also very thorough on their security as noted by other commenters. The non-climate controlled area was nowhere near as warm as I thought it would be. The personnel was very helpful & friendly. I will definitely recommend this to others.

I have rented on several occasions from this location. This will be rental #6. I had every size storage they have from the 1st thru the 4th floor and the whole facility is always very neat and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and the rates are ok for the area. My only concern is that there are never enough carts to assist all the traffic of renters.

Very clean facility, very secure and also great staff that is always very helpful. Love the way you have to put in a code to go in through the gate, sliding doors and also the elevators. Makes me happy to know that my things are secured! Will recommend to anyone

This is the cleanest, nicest, best run storage place I have ever used. Very impressed. The management is very responsive; we always get great service from Vivian. And the climate control units are less expensive than non-AC units at public storage!
