Excellent concept and service! I was really happy to find a company that does BOTH storage and moving/pickup! Customer service over the phone was excellent and prompt every time I called, from the initial query about the service itself (which resulted in a scheduled pickup with an exact quote for the pieces of furniture I needed to store) to each time I had a question. I was also really happy to find out that I didnt need to rent a specific size of storage space but they could charge by the number and type of furniture, which turned out about 20% less expensive. Even though there was a mistake in my contact information and the movers were not able to inform me about their ETA (they first went to a wrong city with the same address and ended up coming 2hrs past the given time window), they were polite, precise and quick in sorting and moving my furniture.
