We rented a truck from them that was full of machine oil on the bed of the truck. Unfortunately we didnt notice it until we started to see the marks on our tile floor. We found out when we unloaded it, that it had ruined our couch. We contacted them when we realized but the truck was a 1/3 loaded. We had moves working and they could not tell us when they could replace the truck. We asked to have the couch replace given it was their fault for not inspecting and cleaning the truck from the prior rental. They offered $162 in a rental credit!! Im going to have to take them to small claims court. When I get done I will post all information needed so that you may do the same. You have been warned. Go elsewhere!!! These guys are no good!!!

U-Haul Is a great company. Unfortunately I cant say the same about this location. I just rented a truck from U-Haul and they sent me to pick it up from this location, which they have done for me several times in the past. Denmont a year from this please since the minute I got back to return the truck he was looking out to overcharge me for something. They lied on the pick up time, so they were trying either to charge me an extra day or extra fee for gas ($30 on top of the remaining 2 or 3 gallons of gas. When you are picking up from this location please be very careful. I just hope not all of employees from that place are like that

This is the worst storage unit I have ever used. They have the worst customer service. Its completely out of the way. When I arrived I found out that the elevator is not even an industrial/commercial size, which makes moving more difficult and take longer so it cost more money for me to move. The elevator is always broken as well. And today I was moving some things and got stuck inside. I called the office and they didnt even check if I was ok. I saw an employee walking around on his phone. Didnt say hello or ask if I was ok from being stuck in the elevator.

Talked to Jim the beginning of Feb for a truck reservation and he was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a negative experience with uhaul a few years ago but I have to say that after all was finalized i am again a loyal customer thanks to this one Uhaul Store. THANKS!
