l made a reservation on the tel with customer service and got a confirmation email with my my quote. When i got to this location the property mgr there was trying to trick me to think its obligation to have insruance. I rented before at another location so i knew this was not true. She became pushy and put an extra $11 on my invoice and said sign here. I kept insisting this was not true not until i raised my voice and told her i was calling some supervisor did she take it off my bill. But it appeared again in my first payment. Then she kept insisting i needed a bed cover and opened a bed cover and said well its too late, its just $8.99 and went to my movers and gave it to them. I cant believe this woman. Beware of her shes just pushing products has a nasty attitude. I had such a bad experience i reported to corp office as a customer i wanted my move in there to be smooth and pleasant. The place is isolated, no AC. The mgr said she was afraid of being being there. Its sad how public storage has hired a woman like this.

Amazing personal !!! Sandra is a sweetheart and she is always willing to help, listen and assist with anything needed from the customers at the public storage. HER customer service, intelligence, charisma and efforts are astonishing :-) She always calls ahead and before payments are due as a reminder to us the customer. She is extra polite, friendly and professional. She also holds high confidentiality when she is informed of something. I really enjoy speaking with her, she always listens and never pushes you out the door. She multi tasks as she has many other people walking IN the door and she treats and helps everyone the same !!! Excellent and Amazing ! I LOVE HER :-) Jimmy the district manager has also been very helpful when needed ! I too do like him and I hope they can make the changes needed in which Corporate offers them support to anything that has to be done at the storage.

This was my first time ever using a Public Storage and I have to admit it was truly a GREAT experience ! I would like to thank Lourdes for EXCELLENT customer service, I couldve not done this without her BEST hospitality. The property tour was a plus and the deal was sealed once I saw the space I would occupy for my personal belongings . I shopped around for different prices which had better deals and truthfully I ended up choosing this location because I had peace of mind that my cherish valuables are secure and Lourdes exceptional customer service :)!!!

This location is very convenient to use. Off of the highway and the storage spaces were clean. Sandra attended me and helped me and my family rent the storage and was very nice and attentive. I even left my license in the office and she called me about five times to make sure I came back to get it. I highly recommend this location and Sandra is an awesome employee. :)

The storage facilities are super clean at all times inside and out. Super helpful personnel on site and their bathrooms are very clean and well supplied with hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels and deodorizing. I have seen many storage facilities and I tell you, this is the best I have seemed by far. This can only show you that they care and appreciate our business.

Had my things in boxes in unit 112 and had my boxes stolen, they must of unhinged the flimsy locking mechanism and took the quickest things they could, paid for insurance and was then asked for pictures of my stolen property without being advised to take pictures of my things prior to signing up for the insurance, bunch of rats stealing petty things like a crackhead
