June 9, 2014 Well, now is my 5th time I come back to this facility and I am not going anywhere else anymore! (You can see my review of April 30 below). Public Storage does not have the best prices in the market. Because of this reason, I tried a cheaper place... and I regreted it! And I am back! Thanks a lot, Linda, for helping me once again even though I tried the competition. I was really worried when I looked up the facility and you got just one special running... I guessed you were well booked up, and yes, that was the case! I did not want to consider another Public Storage facility half a mile away, I am happy here and I will not make the same mistake twice. This time I need the service just for one month (hopefully), but I now know that I will come back to this facility whenever I need storage service! April 30, 2014 This is the 4th time I come back to this clean/well located/superb maintenated facility! While it is true the facility is great, the disctintive value relies in its staff. I was a customer in the old days of the Store All brand and I did not know anything about Public Storage. I decided to give it a try and the courtesy, efficiency and effective help of Linda and her staff made me stayed here once again.

The facility itself is ok. Its clean for the most part and the units are what they are, storage cubicles. Since nobody wants to lug their furniture up and down elevators, spots on first floor are at a premium and boy are they. If you dont want to kill yourself moving tons of furniture in and out of elevators, seek elsewhere. As well, after just 8 months, the rent was spiked 10% for no reason. That 10% increase covers the free month you supposedly received as the welcome price. So not only is this place God awful expensive to begin with, but they dupe customers into thinking theyll be paying X and suddenly one day, Y is taken out of your account. Rent is month to month here - they have a good racket going. If you are willing to drive around, you will find better prices and less dubious billing practices. We are removing our stuff for another facility that costs half as much for the exact same offering. You read that right. Half!!! I cannot recommend this place, simply way overpriced. Typical Weston pricing abuse.

This location is great!! The staff, specially Linda has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went well! I was running late during my move and she was nice enough to stay back and wait until I got there on a weekend when she did not have to and that is what costumer service is all about!! I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism and her extra effort in accommodating my needs. She even took the time to explain everything once I got there with a good attitude and was very understanding - there are not many people out there that would stay at work after hours ON A WEEKEND to help a costumer out so I cant tell you enough how much I appreciated this. In addition to Lindas great costumer service, all the other employees I have seen when I need to stop by have greeted me with a big smile on their face; this store is super clean, everything looks pretty much new and the location is very safe. Highly recommend!

This particular Public Storage location is one of the best I have rented units from. Well lit and bright. The best part of renting here is Linda, the property manager. Linda is always there to greet the renters with a smile and a hello. Always helpful and best of all she is a great person.The facility is always kept clean and in excellent condition. Usually plenty of carts in the lobby should you need one. If I had one complaint to give it would be that this location, since being taken over by Public Storage, does not have one, I repeat not one, waste can in the entire building.or on the premises. I am not saying I want access to the dumpster but one waste receptacle to dispose of a coffee cup would be nice. Public Storage...fix that and I would give you 5 stars.

Linda was very professional and consistent through out the years Ive rented at this property. Shes always provided me with all the answers to any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I remember when Linda first took me on a tour of the storage facility, I was amazed at how clean it was, immediately I was sold on the quality service and cleanliness. I recently moved back to Puerto Rico so we are no longer there but I HIGHLY recommend that if you go to the Weston Public Storage facility make sure you get waited on by Linda! Thank You Linda for the great service!

Your staff, especially Linda, is extremely helpful and courteous, someone who cares about their job. The location is very clean but the floors could use a good cleaning. I was there today and noticed that metal guards were installed by the rolling carts, looks terrific. We have been using this public storage on and off for at least 15 years, but steady for the last 4. I visit this public storage weekly, if I see trash, it is gone almost immediately. Not too many people care so much about customer service, but this employee does. Thank you Linda and thank you public storage.

The building is easily accessible for unloading, clean, well lit and air conditioned. Linda, the Property Manager, was very friendly, professional and informative...with a good sense of humor. She was meticulous in explaining every detail, from what we might really need (e.g. container of inexpensive humidity absorbent), to other options to consider...but never being pushy. She ensured that we understood and tested everything, from our acces code to the unit locking mechanism and entry hours. She delivered superb service! I recommend this facility highly.

This is my second time coming to the storage facility within the last year. We came back because of the customer service the lady named Linda was amazing to us. She helped us figure out the best type of unit for us at this storage facility and gave us other important details that helped us make the right decision for ourselves. We will be here a little bit more long term than last time and one of the great things was we know that the security is great here and its in a great location. I recently rented a storage unit from this Public Storage Facility and I had the pleasure to work with Linda Familia. She was of great help to me in selecting and reserving a storage unit. There were complicated logistics for me to move my materials. She guided me through the process, suggested the perfect sized unit and most importantly followed up with me throughout the process. I feel more secure having someone like Linda managing the facility where my property is stored. We are lucky to have Linda at this facility.

Linda Melo, the manager at the Weston Public Storage facility, is THE BEST! She is the main reason why I have rented here for so many years. Linda will call me each month to remind me that my payment is due. She greets me by name every time that I visit my storage unit. Linda goes out of her way to keep the facility sparkling clean. I have rental units at various facilities in several states. Linda makes this location my favorite. You will be very happy renting Public Storage location 25979 in Weston, FL
