If there was a super bowl of storage facilities this particular site would be the Superbowl champs, hands down! After my first 4 year stint at this facility, I could not have ben any more satisfied. Now a year later I am in need of another storage facility and I never once hesitated to return to where I was so well treated and provided for. The professional and personable manner of their staff is stellar and the cool, air conditioned facility is so relieving when one is working hard to store his or her STUFF in the Florida heat. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone but I would particularly recommend this site to EVERYONE. Rosemany is the person with whom you can confer to assure yourself the knowledgable and professionally best Public Storage experience one can ever hope for.. If you go anywhere else and speak to anyone else, you will be cheating yourself of the best one can hope for in the Storage Unit industry. Im not just a customer, I am an elated and fully satisfied Public Storage customer. Do yourself a favor, call Rosemary at Public Storage in Doral on 115th Avenue and tell her Ricardo sent you. You wont be sorry.

The experiences I have had with Public Storage at this location has been Brilliant with a capital B!!!!!! that capitalization was not a typo!!!! This Public Storage location is employed by a stable mature and professional staff who pay attention to detail, and most important of all!!!!! "Customer Service!!" I have always been able to get insight when needed by the Manager Rosemary and or Will. These two key employees are superb!! Look at the size of this property, and all though other employees work at this location, it is always squeaky clean and free of trash or left abandoned property as I have seen at the competitors public storage location. This property is adequately secured, is equipped with video surveillance equipment which will deter any individual with malicious intent from doing the wrong thing. I will close my review by restating that the most important asset this Public Storage has is the Professionalism of their staff exhibiting exceptional Customer Service to me and all of their customers who they encounter every time I have been there waiting my turn. I rate you a FIVE STAR!!! ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

I have been a customer at this location since 2010 and I have never had a problem. The facility is always well lit and squeaky-clean, but this is something that, although not always present somewhere else, you expect of a storage property. What truly makes a difference is the personnel and the work ethics they display day after day. Whenever I have had a need I have dealt with Rosemary and/or Will. They both display the most amazing customer service skills, always putting the customer first and exceeding your expectations on every detail, assisting with your every need. I highly recommend this facility exclusively because of the service they provide; Public Storage must be doing something right to encourage a customer-centered culture, and I congratulate them for that, but I also recognize that it’s truly PEOPLE that act to make your life easier. Public Storage is lucky to have Rosemary and Will as part of their team. What can be improved? - It would be great to have carts available even outside office hours - Rates are starting to be not so competitive

I have had a storage unit for a couple of years with this particular Public Storage and have NEVER had an issue. The staff (Rosemary & Will) are absolutely exceptional. Any time I ever have a question, need to come in to move stuff around and need a cart or make payments, they are truly so extremely helpful. I have dealt with Rosemary more throughout the years, and she is beyond wonderful. She has amazing customer service skills and will always try to assist you in any way possible!!! They both take pride in the service they provide and that says a lot about them, the customer service youll receive and the company itself. The storage itself is kept clean as well and that is necessary when you are leaving your personal possessions in a unit. ( I shopped around prior to coming to Public Storage and I saw some really grimy places!!) If you have to put your belongings in storage, please trust me in saying you wont be disappointed with this Public Storage or its staff. Thank you so much Rosemary!!!!! Thanks Will!!

I wanted to take the time to write this review to make sure everyone knows that excellent customer service is not a thing of the past and its alive and well at this Public Storage location. I specially want to thank Will for his willingness to help and ensure my experience was great. He was professional and exhibited great customer service skills. People do business and are loyal to a company based on the associates the company hires as they are the face of the company. So, I congratulate the Public Storage for having a great staff and would recommend that Will be use as the "poster child" for how a customer should be treated in order to ensure they remain a loyal customer.

I have been a customer with PS since 01-2010 and I have stayed loyal for one MAIN reason - Rosemary. She makes me and/or my wife feel like a VIP clients each and every time we either call or visit our unit. Her exceptional people skills and client relation is what makes PS stand out from the competition. Thank you Rosemary for always looking out for the Perez family. I also have to give Will an A for "Awesome" because he comes through for me when Rosemary is out of the office. PS should be proud of these 2 employees , as they are in my book, from a business opinion a huge "asset" to the company!

The customer service here is great. They are friendly and courteous and really try to accommodate you as best as possible. Wil and Rosemary are there to help and make the process easy. Some things that are out of the control of these agents, which I hope management takes note of: 1. Carts should be available always, not just during office hours. 2. PS as a whole should make a trash dumpster available at their locations. 3. Lower the prices. Other than these general changes, this particular location is well-lit and clean. I highly recommend it.

Always been treated well in the 8 years Ive used the PS facility at 3900 NW 15th AVE in Doral (Miami), #29199 but especially on my last visit was treated with utmost respect and patience by Joseph. Joseph went out of his way to help me recover my lost access code and since I live overseas, he assured me that security was highly regarded there. I appreciate the professional attitude and friendliness of him and his excellent service. Thanks to the manager too for cutting off my lock since I lost my key. Really appreciate the service and smiles!

I had a very bad experience at Public Storage located 3900 NW 115th Ave Miami, FL 33178. The manager, Rosemary, treated us in a very rude way. She told us that she had the right to refuse the rental service to anyone she decided to. Right away she asked us to leave the place. We felt humiliated and very bad treated. The reason: We booked online but when we arrived at the facility we found out that the insurance was not included but it is mandatory. It is and increase of 20% of the advertised rental price.
