O stars......Despicable.... Lighthouse storage has mistakenly sold auctioned my items. unit 3134 Lease # 1375 contracted. As of 8/31/2016 noone has told me where my items are. I was paid in full until 8/31/2016 Receipt # 12000. The unit was mysteriously emptied out by your employees. At this point I do not know if it was auctioned off mistakenly, or if your company took my items and auctioned off and kept proceeds. This all was extremely negligent on your company’s part and you are liable for my items and the pain and suffering my family is going to have for generations to come. Not to mention breach of contract. The itemized list includes on each item the value, plus our value on what it was worth to my family. In a perfect world I would like my items back for they are priceless to us. I have contacted Miami WSVN Help ME Howard and Patrick Fraser who are the attorneys for the News. I have contacted several attorneys and will be retaining one by tomorrow. I have not heard anything from you and I feel that a courtesy call is the very least you can do. This is nothing short of theft and I may press charges according to the Attorney’s I have spoken too. I expect this to be resolved immediately. Kim A.

there is no one every time I go there right now the had a sign that they will be back at 4 pm it is almost 5 and no one is around there are around 5 customer waiting they call to the California location so they said and that the employee had an emergency and is in traffic there is no major traffic in this area , it is always like this in the after noon and most of the time you go there they are on the phone to busy to pay attention o you or out in the area but no one at the main desk horrible Costumer service

Alex was professional and listen to what my needs were. The pretour allowed for me to see how clean the place is. The rates are very fair. Lighthouse even had sofa cover cheaper than WaLMart! Yes you read that right, Even the bubble wrap was $6.00 cheaper than Lowes. I purchased that also. Thank you Alex you represent Lighthouse Storage in a wonderful way.

Nice, clean facility. Good prices and friendly staff. I must warn you - I have a crew cab, long bed, dually pickup and it can be really difficult to maneuver in some places. Let them know if this is your case and they will accommodate you with units in wider lanes. I have recommended others here and they have been happy.

I am very pleased with the service I received today at light house storage... I was attended by Alex the co manager and there was no negativity, very helpful, and understanding.... There needs to be more people like him in this world... thank you so much for all of your help....

The guy Chris that works here is doing a good job and is a friendly person. He tries to keep things stock up in the restroom, only thing that needs work is the guys restroom toilet and the hallway that need clean up but other wise the place is looking good.

Place is ok but customer service is bad, the worse service you can have in any other place here in homestead. Others ppl postings are fake, this place is only good to charge you $$$ I dont recommend this place for anything

Lighthouse has new management and they have done wonderful things to Lighthouse Storage. Everything is freshly remodeled and painted and looks great. The management and workers are very pleasant to work with.
