Mrs. Lazu was pleasant to deal, she was very articulate explaining the process and services provided by CubeSmart. Mrs. Lazus genuine character and CubeSmarts services exceeded my expectation. Highly recommended! The best customer service ever! All the employees are very helpful and polite. Johannes was amazing, she even waited for me to close the store because I got stuck in traffic. They have great prices (I think about the average), many storage units sizes, and its very clean, organized and safe. Moving can be very stressful and there is always a problem that we were not expecting..but Im sure that this storage will always, at least, try to help you in whatever way they can.

She even saved us money by offering the Cube Smart truck on the day we moved which was cheaper then other truck rental places we were looking into.
