I checked Life Storage out on the internet and saw that they had available spaces but I wanted to physically check them out to confirm size, easy access, etc. So I made arrangements with the person on duty at the location, Patrick, to view the various units available that could fulfill my need. Patrick was very friendly and helpful and took me on a tour of 3 buildings so that I could select the best for me. All the units were very clean, the halls well lit, and the climate control seemed to be effective. I had pre-registered for the unit online so Patrick handled the final sign-up and payment. Overall Patrick provided outstanding customer service.

What customer service!!!! Three women shopping to outfit a condo and we had a lot of stuff! Tammy and Len were SO helpful with what type storage unit we needed as well as so helpful with all our many questions. They made our mission so much easier. Were looking forward to seeing them when we return! We even entertained them (unknowingly) with our picture taking at the storage unit. Remember youre on camera when youre on their property. Great security and we feel good about leaving all the purchases at their facility!

Amazing storage facility with climate control. Len and Tammy are awesome and made it an enjoyable experience. The storage unit and grounds surrounding it are immaculate. Renting a storage unit at Uncle Bobs Self Storage has been a great experience. The attendants are not only professional but friendly as well. The facility is always neat, tidy, and secure. I feel the price is more than fair for the unit. Excellent customer service!
