BEWARE !!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE A SHIPMENT FROM BOSTON TO ORLANDO!!!! THEY GUYS WERE HORRIBLE THEY WOULD TAKE SHYT WHILE BRING UP THE BOXES TO THE APARTMENT ASKING FOR WATER SAYING ITS TOO HOT FOR THIS SAYING WHAT THE HELL WE GOT IN THE BOXES BECAUSE ITS HEAVY. THEY BROKE MY TV ITS CRACKED THEY BROKE MY MICROWAVE THEY BROKE A HANDFULL OF COFFEE CUPS THEY BROKE A PICTURE FRAME I HAD. THE FEE TO BRING UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR WAS $75 AND I HAD $100 I ASKED FOR CHANGE HE SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY I SAID WELL.... I NEED CHANGE HE WENT TO ASK THE OTHER WORKERS WHEN HE CAME BACK WITH THE CHANGE HE THATS ALL WE HAD TO ATE .. ( THATS NOT MY PROBLEM ) WHEN THE GUY WAS PUTTING THE STUFF DOWN HE WAS NOT DROPPING IT DOWN SLOWLY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE HE TOLD ME TO SIGN OFF THAT I RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT. WHICH I DID WHEN I STARTING UNPACKING I NOTICED ALL THE STUFF THAT WAS BROKEN. WHEN I CALL FOR THE CLAIM ( SINCE I PAID EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE ON MY SHIPMENT ) THEY SAID I DONT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAID IT WAS ALL GOOD WHEN I ACUTALLY WAS TOLD TO SIGN THAT I RECEIVED THAT PACKAGE. IM HIGHLY UPSET THAT THIS CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL/GHETTO MOVING COMPANY. I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED AND GET A REFUND FOR MY DAMAGE ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best moving company ???????? I would like to know where in the world that fits. Moving is already a complicated process, they made this experience for my family and I a complete nightmare. Im enraged. This company is lucky we havent hired a lawyer yet. They damaged EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE. Their negligence is out of this world. Im disgusted at the customer service and how they spoke to my mother and treated her like she didnt know what she was taking about. They didnt even give us solutions for all the damage they did to everything. Our wooden furniture was torn apart LITERALLY TORN TO WHERE I COULD SEE THE COLOR OF THE WOOD UNDERNEATH THE STAIN. They ruined my fathers tool box that costed him 10 thousand and the list goes on. What ever you do, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Do not listen to a friend of a friend who used LA ROSA DEL MONTE PORFAVOR NO SON PROFESIONALES. I wish I could write a million reviews of how angry and disappointed we are with this company. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT MAKE THE AWFUL MISTAKE WE MADE!!!!!!!! Not even worth the stupid star you have to choose in order to leave this.. Disgusting !!

I wish I can give this company a ZERO STAR, but Unfortunately they dont have that option. This is the worst company ever. I have sent all my stuff with them and they told me that it would take from 7-14 business days, but it have been a month and I still havent receive my stuff. Thank you La Rosa Del Monte for making me sleep in the floor for the last 3 weeks and for letting me and my family spend the entire month of December with no furniture. SON LOS PEORES, HACE UN MES ENVIE TODAS MIS COSAS Y TODAVIA ES LA HORA QUE ELLOS NO LA ENTREGAN. ME PASE TODAS LAS NAVIDADES SIN MUEBLES, NI CAMA NI NINGUNA DE LAS COSAS DE MI CASA. PERO YA ME ENCARGUE QUE TODA MI FAMILIA Y MIS AMIGOS SEPAN QUE IRRESPONSABLE SON.

Horrible experience with this company. You basically pay them what they call "complete service" and "door to door shipment" and it is all a LIE. Payed around $3000 dollars to have shipped from Miami to DR and have been going from city to city to do paperwork for them! And now I have to pay around $300 dollars more so they can release the shipment. Hidden fees everywhere! They do not know what expectation setting is. Not a trustworthy company. Save yourself TIME and MONEY and RUN towards any other moving company.

The WORST moving company in the world. 2 Months and they couldnt find my $2,000 mattress. Broke my dresser and damaged my sofa. Worst customer service ever. Over Charged me and took forever to deliver. BEWARE Monti and Rosa del Monte are the same company. They both scammers. I only put 1 star because I couldnt go lower. -10 stars

The movers were efficient and professional. They pack your stuff safely and correctly. But, the delivery time is atrocious. They say it about two weeks (price reflects the long wait), but the delivery can take up to a month or so. Doesnt matter how small your Cant track, nor give you accurate updates on your valuables.

Worst Service ever, dont spend your money on this company,a move from miami to CT toke more than 60 days ,i can image if a move go to california or texas, never in my whole life and next one will take the service of this -10 company , the worst company for moving
