I would give 0 stars if I could. My trailer had an equipment failure and corporate directed it to be dropped off at this store. The GM refused to allow the trailer to be dropped off here and said he didnt care who said it should be dropped off there. He also said he wont be the dropping ground for all of U-Hauls screw ups and broke equipment. He proceeded to tell me, my friend, and the tow-truck driver we were trespassing and to get off his property. He then proceeded to not allow us to get our belongings off of the OPEN top utility trailer and said that its on "his" property therefore the property on the trailer is his. Police were called and he told them that they were trespassing too. Police sergeant was called and arrested and charged him with 2 felony counts (false imprisonment for trapping the tow-truck driver in the back lot, possession of stolen personal property). Steer clear of this clown show.

We were moving our previous storage items closer to home and found Uncle Bobs Storage. The office woman was very friendly. But she was having several issues, (no fault to her), with the computer charging us more than we were quoted. It took several trys and alot of time to get the correct quote and prices to be adjusted. When we finally returned with our items in the moving truck it was 10:30pm only to find our Code would NOT open the gate! We called the Emergency # and were told, NO admittance after 10pm, we were NOT informed of this! However, after several minutes they opened it remotely from N.Y. telling us since it was our initial move in it was a 1 time exception. I am NOT happy that this facility does not have 24 hr. access to my Storage items! If I had been told I would not of moved my things there.

Terrible experience. Paid close to $450 to have a hitch installed, made a reservation, drove 45 minutes to the place and was told I would have to wait quite awhile to have the work done even though I made a 2:00 PM appointment. Was told they added several people in front of me so.....just too bad for me. No phone call or anything explaining they were behind schedule. I dont plan on using this location again with such BAD service. I should have paid attention to the LACK OF STARS. If it wasnt for the male and female working the counter I would give them a minus 3.

I was there for the first time and last, the installers dont have a clue what they are doing, the manager Tavaris is an absolute idiot, he charge me for an install they couldnt finish and on top of that he had an attitude, he was complaining about the phone ringing, I say if you dont want to work stay home, the worst customer service ever.

If excuses were money, they would be millionaires. Apparently appointments mean nothing to them, and who hires women with blonde braided weaves past their butts, and expects them to know the meaning of customer service? This was the third and final attempt at having a trailer hitch installed. I should had first read these other reviews.

Never go there!!! They are fraud people. Somebody stole our business card info and spent a lot of money in this Uhaul store. Manager of the store lied to my bank that they have my name under the passanger in a contract! My bank denide fraud cases. They are scam!!! If you dont want to be a victim of fraud, never go to that store!

Had a hitch put on here had to go back three times for wiring harness issues before giving up and going somewhere else to finish their sloppy job parking lot is small checkout is slow would not recommend

Horrible customer service called to have reese hitch put on my truck they called back after scheduled time said they were all booked and hitch they dont have in stock.. I will Never use them
