Hired for an out of state move and contracted for packing and unpacking services. They were friendly and held to the timeline, but upon arrival at our new home we found that they did not unpack! Additionally we found that our possessions were randomly crammed into boxes with obvious attention to one thing...getting done as fast as possible. Some of our electronics were "padded" with our bedding and sheets, which ended up torn, as well as the countless other items that were packed by "movers that care" which are damaged. The response from the office when we called was appropriate, arranging to repair the damage to our home and replace our damaged possessions, however this cant account for the biggest damages, our time. We contracted the pack/unpack services as we only had a weekend between moving and starting new jobs; now we having to spend weeks (a few hours a day between work and caring for our toddlers) making up for the services that were not fulfilled. Very disappointed and will not consider using them again!

Our experience was terrific. From initial contact with pricing, ease of picking up packing materials through scheduling date the process was easy and Katie was a pleasure to work with. The day of our move I received a phone call from my moving team notifying me that they were leaving the facility and asked if there was any additional packing supplies that I would need. They arrived promptly and after the initial walk through started wrapping the furniture with blankets and loading the truck. They were efficient and professional. The unload went just as well. After arriving at new residence and initial walk through began unloading the truck and placed all items in the proper room and location requested, while taking care to not damage either the item or walls. Excellent team!!!

Their team showed up on time, were courteous, and very efficient. They communicated well with me through the whole moving process, and the moving team worked well with my organizational needs at both properties. I used Two Men/Truck for a local move and was very please by the service and the price. There were only three very small injuries to furniture/property, and only one that I felt like reporting... their repair team responded within a few days. I HIGHLY recommend using them, and would hire them again for any local move.

The office staff ensured that I could be moved in 3-4 hours max , however, my move took 7 hrs which I felt with the amount of items was unreasonable. I spoke with the curtosy office staff, Matt and David in management who were very reassuring . They want their customers to have an excellent experience. David the operations director did right by me and gave me the best value for the move. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent satisfaction and customer service. Friendliest and most accommodating staff you could ask for. If Two Men and a Truck had a middle name it would be Customer Service. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and I can honestly say that I am. The office staff is friendly and hospitable and Carlos the mover was super personable and had hustle. While they made sure that my belongings were quickly loaded, the movers also made a point to talk and be cordial. I am totally going to use them again if I ever need moving.

I dont know how they managed to get my huge fridge in my old house with small doors but they did that and delivered my stove all in an hour. Amazing. I considered finding some buddies to try and do it but not worth it considering the importance of the items being moved. If youre weighing the cost vs. benefit of hiring vs. diy like I always do, trust me its worth it to hire these guys!

I would recommend this company to anyone moving. From the first contact for an estimate to the final piece of furniture coming off the truck. The office staff responded quickly with an estimate and answers to any questions I had. I cannot say enough about the two gentlemen who moved my furniture. They were fast, efficient, careful and very pleasant to deal with, they were great!!

Estimator never showed up. When my husband contacted the office, he discovered that no one was actually scheduled to come out despite a detailed conversation with staff and selecting a move date. Errors at the outset dont bode well for a successful move so we will contract with movers who want to do things right rather than make excuses.

Everything was pretty smooth. The guys that did the move were funny, very helpful and polite. They got the job done quickly and safely, which to me is important. I know Two Men and a Truck are pretty expensive but its worth it when they are efficient.
