White Glove Moving....there is nothing "white glove" about them, dont let them fool you. THEY DONT EVEN WEAR WHITE GLOVES. My experience with this company was highly disappointing! Sales guy came out to sell the job and gave a great presentation, but thats about all i have good to say. While I thought when being sold the job prices were a little on the high side i decided to give them a chance. Once I had signed the paper the damage was done, the rest was a nightmare. The movers came out on moving day with NO GLOVES, seemed like only one of the movers had any knowledge in what they were doing. Then when things got damaged I was given a run around for weeks. Also noticed thru the chaos no one really communicates in this company. When dealing with the office one person tells you one thing, another tells you something different and none of them know whats actually being done to resolve anything. Pathetic! I thought I had done enough research about them but they clearly proved me wrong. Would like to give special thanks to Benjamin Goldberg who was finally able to resolve issues and prove to me someone has brains in this place. I spoke with others who use their services on day to day bases mention that they request certain movers every time they use White Glove because they are only ones at the company they feel comfortable with to get the job done right. They said all the other crews at White Glove must be new to moving because something was always damaged every time they came out. Seems to be this company is LUCK OF THE DRAW when it comes to GOOD SERVICE. Keep in mind when choosing your next mover, dont want anyone to go thru what i did with this "White Glove Moving, Storage & Delivery

We just finished up our move from Vero Beach to Sebastian. I was in sort of a pinch when our scheduled movers didnt follow through. I called the office and talked to Deena, Connie, and Jennifer. They were so understanding and immediately hopped to finding out if they could take out job on such short notice. The guys showed up at our house promptly. They introduced themselves, shook our hands, and immediately got to work. BJ and his crew were so quick. The guys were so kind and friendly. They took care of our stuff and pointed out anything on our furniture that needed attention. The guys wrapped our furniture and made sure not to drop or ding anything. Our job turned out to be much bigger than we thought and needed a second trip. The second group swooped in and quickly loaded up our stuff finishing everything in one day. Never once did I hear the guys complain about the amount of stuff or even the heat. I even got some music recommendations from one of the guys. I couldnt be more happier with the service White Glove provided. Thank you guys so much for working so hard to get us in our new home! I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know looking to move!

If you plan to have White Glove do your moving, take the maximum insurance coverage available. Or choose a different mover. We have moved 5 times in the past 20 years and never experienced the damage to furniture we did with White Glove. Almost every piece of furniture has a scratch, chip or scrape - its unbelievable that the movers did not pad everything properly and packed the truck so poorly. Because our move was local, we didnt think we would need the maximum insurance to cover damage. Dont make that mistake! We are now left with the mess of repairing our furniture on our own as the basic insurance doesnt come close to the repair costs. Our boxes arrived fine because we packed them ourselves. Movers hurried out of the new house so quickly we didnt have the opportunity to walk through each room to inspect and this was after a great lunch and generous tip for all of them. Sadly, I cannot recommend White Glove Moving.

I have used White Glove moving and storage for both business move and personal moves over the past few years. The staff is well trained, they are dependable and take great care of your belongings. This is not a company that uses day labor, they have employees, and they are helpful and accommodating. The charges are reasonable, and fair. I would highly recommend their services, and would encourage those that are moving to at the least get a consult and estimate from White Glove before signing a contract with another mover. Just as an aside...I used another company and ended up with three day labor guys who did not know how to pack the truck, I had damage and scratches on several items, and it took them several hours longer than quoted because they did not know how to take some of the furniture apart ! Talk to White Glove, they are the best!

Bar none the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. There is NOTHING "white glove" about this company. They "moved" us from Florida to Atlanta. 48 items have been broken or damaged, items that were supposed to be "high value" and crated arrived damaged. The National Van Line driver who was attending the packing (White Glove only packed!!!) has testified that he had never seen such a mess. They ran out of time So had to go to downtown Ft. Lauderdale to hire casual labor to help them finish. Not one supervisor attended the packing. The company that uncrated the items in Atlanta did not want to unpack them as they had been so badly damaged. The damage was so extensive that we have had to now call appraisers to estimate the total damage. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Apparently the people who have given this company a good review have only moved down the street. I hired them to move me to Alaska. This company is not qualified to move around the corner. I have done this move several times. It should only take a mover to move to Alaska 2 weeks. It took White Glove over a month ! Funny, I was not given this information when I contracted with them. It took them almost a week to get my belongings out of Florida. I was missing a table and I have not heard back from them. One thing I can say, the gentleman who came to my home to pack my belongings were first rate while the office staff seemed lost and had a difficult time doing their job. Again, I wouldnt have them move my dog house !

Definitely the worst company possible to store your home funishings with. After the end of the initial agreement, they increased their rate 50% with no explanantion. When I called to complain and get an explanation, "everyone was on another line." They know once you are there, you dont have a choice. Horrible company totally void of ethics and common business courtesy. Be very wary of them, and make sure everything is documented and notarized. Will move everything out of storage as soon as home construciton is done. I wasnt impressed with their packing and they didnt have enough truck space to move everything initially, now I know why.

The Best - hands down. Ive used and talked with many moving companies due to my profession and these guys truly set the standard for the industry. They are in contact with the customer weeks before the move checking to see if anything has changed, or additional services are needed. They then follow up along the way to insure that you are completely taken care of. They take every precaution to make sure that each item is treated like its worth millions. I could go on and on. If youre looking for the best for moving or storage - these are the guys to do it for you.
