Para nada recomiendo esta compañía. Por un envío a Rep. Dominicana le cobraron a mi madre $535.00 esa era cantidad final le dijeron que no debía pagar nada más. Resulta que después de esperar un mes para que llegará la caja a RD allá NO LA QUISIERON ENTREGAR hasta que se pagara $250.00 adicionales supuestamente por impuestos. Me parece un robo, que primero te digan un precio y luego te quieran cobrar adicional, es un engaño esta compañia. NO VUELVO A USAR SUS SERVICIOS Y PARA NADA LOS RECOMIENDO, POR MENTIROSOS.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IN CERTAIN DAY THEIR SERVICES ARE VERY SLOW TAKE 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE FROM PUERTO RICO TO MIAMI AND I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW WHEN THE MERCHANDISE ARRIVE TO SEE THE CONDITIONS. I HEAR THAT LOT OF PEOPLE MISSING MERCHANDISE AND PERSONAL ITEMS THEY DONT CALL YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHERE ARE YOUR CARGO VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.

The WORST moving company in the world. 2 Months and they couldnt find my $2,000 mattress. Broke my dresser and damaged my sofa. Worst customer service ever. Over Charged me and took forever to deliver. BEWARE Monti and Rosa del Monte are the same company. They both scammers. I only put 1 star because I couldnt go lower.

Worst movers ever. Broke my 28" $400 TV and despite the fact that I put an insurance on the thing, they only gave me $100 for my claim. And the move was late by 6 weeks.
