today I walked into the public storage office. this was my first time ever entering this office or any public storage office for that matter. I must say this was the best customer service I have ever received any where. the three girls Tanya, lucy and manouehica where friendly and very helpful. I was addressed by name and spoken to like a personal friend. they were not all about business they even took the time to make small talk, it was wonderfull . I sell a lot of stuff on ebay so I am always in need of packing supplies, I want there because I needed a box to ship. much to my surprise they helped me package my item!! she made the box for me, told me what I need and helped me put it all together ad gave me packaging tips. thanks to these three woman you now have a customer for life. every time I sell something will be going there to get my packaging items. I wouldlike to thank these three woman for there wonderfull customer service.

Recently, I contacted Public Storage to inquire about purchasing a unit. Unfortunately, I was turned off at first by the 1-800 telephone number. Before purchasing the unit, I requested to see the unit close to my home. The rep at the 1800 number was doing everything in her power to avoid me from going to the unit before purchase. With the power of words, I received the number. Fred, the manager on site, was very friendly and had no problem with me seeing the unit first. Briana & Jimmie showed me various units throughout the location. Fred, Briana and Jimmie were all smiling and very informative. Not once did they try to push me like the rep over the phone. For that, I am gracious for their time and expertise. I would recommend a unit in this location.

I just moved in today. Fred was very helpful with completing my online reservation. He showed me around and explained all the details to the rent. There arose some issues. They charged me several hidden fees not expressed on their website. They acted as though I had no choice but to get the insurance and forced me to buy their overpriced lock, despite having my own exact lock. My online quote gave a move-in balance of $23, $1 for the first month and $22 for "administrative" fees. I left there paying $64. Also, my unit was smaller than advertised, 5x4 instead of 5x5. When I confronted them about it, I was told "our unit sizes are approximate". Renter beware!

Lucy helped us secure an inside unit.....she was friendly, professional and laughed along with us as we joked about getting a Public Storage hat. The price is the best we found. We moved our storage from a smaller unit at another facility to Public Storage and got a unit twice as big for a few dollars more. The only downside to this location is the gate entrance and that there isnt any covered area to protect you and your stuff when its raining........overall still very happy! Thank you Lucy!

stopped by at 5:55PM. The staff goes home at 6:PM sharp. I live 45 minutes away and was trying to rent a storage room without having to come back the following day. Fred, one of the sales people, decided to stay and help me. I offered to compensate him; he said "No Thanks", leave a review about our facility. Fred was particularly helpful. He stayed 1/2 hour without pay and wouldnt take a tip!! the storage room was more than adequate, clean and the service was excellent. Thanks Fred.

This storage facility is excellent. It is always clean, secure, and well maintained. I have had a unit here for two years. I have come and gone at all hours and never had any problems. The staff, Fredrick, Jessie and Lucy, have been wonderful. Any problems I have had they have fixed right away. They are extremely professional. The office is always in proper order and customers are served promptly. This Public Storage location and its team deserve a five star rating!!!

Lucy was very helpful and made sure i understood all the paperwork. She made sure I got the right size storage for my stuff. I was having a hard time on the website with my reservation and she made sure everything was straightened out. On my move in day I had issues with the lock I purchased and Lucy made sure everything was fixed before I left. I would recommend people to this location in the future. Thanks for all your help Lucy!!! :)

I have used public storage on and off for the past 4 years. The office staff has always been very polite and helpful. Even when I was given misinformation they took the time to resolve the issue so that everyone involved was happy. The units are roomy and I love that the gate is always locked so you MUST enter a code to enter. Overall, I am very happy with the services provided and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

great service and always considerate but they just raised their price to almost 200 for a 10 x 10 and thats a kind of highway robbery...i have had a unit with them for a long time and it seems that in the last 2 years they have raised their price 25$ each year... regardless of how nice a person is or how great the service is right now when times in the country are not so great the last thing you should do is raise your price

It was a very pleasant experience. Fred showed me the difference between an outdoor and indoor storage. No hassles, I choose what I thought I needed. I was not crazy about having to purchase their lock. Marlene call to follow up, which was very helpful because I thought about it, did not need as much space as I thought. She said it would not be a problem to come in and they would show me my options. Very nice service!

He made it an easy process to secure another storage space, answered all my questions and provided clear instructions of how to get into the gate, navigate around as well as proactively sharing the hours and any other information needed to get me situated.

I really enjoyed working with the staff at this location. They were friendly, attentive to my concerns, and very accommodating. I was helped by a gentleman named Fred. He was very prompt in making sure my needs were met with a ground floor unit. He gave me a tour of the property which is kept clean and no debris on the property. I would recommend anyone to this location.
