I moved into Public Storage in the year 2012 when it was formerly known as Stor-All Storage at that time Daniel and Brandon were the nicest guys working there always providing excellent customer service and keeping a clean and nice environment always going on and beyond with customer needs and provided assistance at times. I was extremely satisfied at that time until Public Storage took over I saw many bad changes happen. I just vacated my storage unit this weekend and I was unsatisfied with the service for many reasons. First I got there at 9:00 a little earlier then the time they open which is 9:30 am. I was waiting inside the storage facility waiting for the office to open and then I see a car stroll in with a young lady which never introduce herself so I didnt even know she worked there until she asked me if I new the office open later in 30 min. I told her it was OK I was just waiting for her to open cause I needed to vacate. So she let me in about 10 min. earlier then her open time and we did a smooth transaction no problem but mind you I still dont know her name cause she never told me and I didnt ask her cause I was waiting for her to do it since thats part of customer service ethic. After I paid I ask her if by any chance they brake locks cause I had left my lock key and she told me that her boss does that but he is usually in and out of office but I didnt see him at all that day seem that she was the only one working there that Saturday. So I went to look for my key and when I tried my code to enter it wasnt working and I had to go to office to tell her and she told me that once I vacated my code wouldnt work which make sense but never did she say that during the time she was doing the final transaction so I had a few trips to do and I had to go inside to signal her to open which was a huge inconvenience. I vacated the storage unit from 10:30-5:00 because I had a lot of stuff a 10x20 unit and never did she even come by to see if we needed anything which would be the courteous thing to do. So around noon we took a brief break to pick up lunch and I believe she was on her lunch break also cause no one was in the office and I couldnt get into the entrance gate but the exit gate was left open so I went through that one cause I had no other choice. So around 2:30 I left with my moving truck and I was looking for her to tell her I would be back cause I had one more trip to do but again wasnt in the office so I waited about 15 min. and she was inside and I told her Ill be back. I came back to finish moving the rest of my stuff and I went to the bathroom and they were just so gross and dirty no maintenance given. Also there wasnt any vending machines like before they disappeared when new management came in so either your left with a water fountain or left to get something to drink outside the facility. So they have a small dump in their facility I was able to dump little things before and she told me I couldnt even dump empty boxes or small garbage bags there so I had to take them home to dispose of them. Mind you I even broke down the boxes to make it easier on them but they just dont like to work over there, give customers help, or care about you. I just couldnt wait to get out of there because I felt that after having my stuff stored there for so long I would be treated better but I guess they just dont care. Very unhappy and I would not recommend them unless they make good changes. Also she was like so serious all the time like first impressions are important to me and well i didnt have a good one about her.

If I would have to write how I feel about how I was treated in this location by Julius, a very young guy but with awesome customer service skills, I will have to write pages and pages about it. The Facility is clean and well organized, neat and secure but, again, the best part of everything was the amazing customer service I received when I got my unit. The representative, Julius, not only were concern about getting me a unit that satisfies my WINs (Wants, Interest and Needs) but he also was concerned about my budget. He got me the price I was looking for IN ANOTHER LOCATION that was closer to my house at the price I was willing to pay ($1 first month), so he sent me to another facility in order to satisfy my request. When I arrived to the suggested facility, I not even got out of my truck, I realized that not matter how good the people in that location could be, I was not going to get a better service than in 8560 W Commercial Blvd, so I drove back to W Commercial and Pine Island and got my unit over there. Not regret about my decision and dealing with Mr. Julius, specially after I had to deal with another customer service representative at McNab Rd Facility (the day before I got my unit at 8560 W Commercial Blvd) who told me "this conversation is useless, we are not going to change our policy just to please you". My recommendation: if you have to drive some extra miles to get an unit at 8560 W Commercial Blvd, do it! You wont regret it. Oh, another thing, be sure Julius Santiago takes care of you, I did not have the same experience with the other representative when I went there to get a unit for my brother. Tylla is the best...SHE WORKS AT THE COMMERCIAL FACILITY AND DROVE OVER TO LAUDERHILL JUST TO HELP ME!! Tylla helped me get into my storage unit AFTER HOURS. I rented a site in Lauderhill and didnt purchase a PS lock. SO, a lock had to be placed on the unit until I returned with my own lock. Because my movers arrived a little later than expected; I could not reach the property until after the office was closed. I called the Dist Mgr Mike Ferrell and he reached out to Tylla who agreed to meet me at the facility to remove the PS lock. When I arrived, Tylla was already standing at the corner of the row for my unit and she presented with a huge smile and warm, receptive attitude. She said she understands how hectic moving can be and it was her pleasure to help me. Thanks to Frantzcia for helping get to google map to write my reivew. Thanks to Mike Ferrell for reaching out to Tylla and most of all Tylla for taking time out meet me at the facility AFTER hours. All of this made my move possible. Kudos to the management staff at PS. I have been so busy I forgot to review this location, the girls asked me, if I can share my feedback on the service and location. Here I am after few months lol. Better later than never! I want to apologized and thanks Loseline & Jamie. They were very helpful and patient with me as I was not sure what unit I need it. They provided to me the information that I need it. Took me to see few units to make my choice easier. Very friendly, funny and polite. I lifted there storage laughing and smiling. I hope they continue doing great job there and never change their customer service as that is a very important key for me and clientele to be comfortable and welcome. M. Wynn, FL
