Le recomiendo este storage a todos por lo limpio que es y por la atencion de la gente que trabaja ahi. Nolberto y rosabel son bien agradable y me ayudaron en cantidad con encontrar un espacio a buen precio que me acomode mis cosas. Ellos me explicaron todo super bien y les agradezco por su ayuda. Les invito a todos que cuando vayan a guardar vengan a medley public storage porque no se compara con otros, super limpio y siempre atentos. Gracias

Avoid storing with this company! This management at this facility lies and price-gouges. When I moved in in July 2016, that manager told me that rates would not increase more than 10% every 6 months. Well in December, my monthly rate increased from $200-$250, an increase of 17% after just 5 months! Customer service was not caring or helpful at all. Now, I need to pay a lot of money and take a lot of valuable time to move to another storage unit. Dont store with Public Storage! (This was my initial 5-star review in July 2016, which I now withdraw: A nice storage facility right by a police station. Nolberto and Lourdes are the best! I actually found a slightly cheaper unit nearby but the service of these two was far superior to the rude competition. So I chose to spend slightly more for honest, reliable, friendly service here. I definitely recommend!)

I would like to thank everyone at this location the location in Medley. Nolberto and the young woman Lourdes were so kind and helpful with my storing needs. I am so thankful that they really helped me get a space at a great price. I will be passing by like I promised them with some cookies and pastelitos. I want to start this review by saying that my stay at this location in Medley has been great. The two managers there are so helpful and I cant say more good things about them. Nolberto and Lourdes are great to deal with and really do help you find a great space for a good price. Whether its in their store or one of their other locations they will help you find a great price unit.

I really like the space and location of this store. I travel alot to other countries and i store my items all the time. This location is not too far away from the airport and the prices are great every other month i end up renting items to store. The managers at the office are so nice a d friendly. I definitely would recommend this company and store to other.

Lourdes and Norberto are so nice and helpful at the office. I definitely do recommend to store here at this store because of the good prices and accessible location. Lourdes and Nolberto at the store are so much help when I went to rent. They helped me get the perfect space and price for my storing needs.
