Hi my name is Maria Nadal Cabral , My husband Hector Cabral and my self decide to move from sunrise to Pembroke pines we choose this Public Storage Location and is being a great experience for us . Very Clean and Organize place . The personal that is attending the customers are really friendly and helpful..Few days ago I really need to go into my storage but I didnt have with me the code to get in. when I stop by the office Miss Shan was trying so hard to help a lady that speak Spanish even that Shan dont speak spanish. When I step into the office she kindly asked me If I could help her and of course I did she was so happy to help this lady . Then with a big smile she asked me how she can help me I explained her that I need to go into my rented space but I dont have the door code. After she verify that I was an authorize person in the account she intermediately gave me the code and I could successfully obtain what I was looking for. She show me that she really care for her customers needs . A great representative of this Public Storage entity. I wish every place that I go I will found people like Shan . I am so please with friendly, kind, welcoming service I received at this Public Storage facility. Cindy was so kindhearted and caring. My truck was late, so I could not make it to the storage on time. She called me to check that I was still interested in the storage and to remind me that the storage closes at 5:00 P.M. However, it was 4:55 ans I was several minute from the facility. I had my things on the truck headed there. I asked her to kindly wait for me and she did. Cindy was pleasure, very professional and understanding. I cannot tell you how this Lady made my day!; after being tired and hungry. I highly recommend this facility. Sometime, we forget how hard it is for people in customer service positions. The disrespect and brutality they endure because they are not able to give everyone what they want only because they do not have the power to do so. For that reason, I needed to take the time to write this review. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding and outstanding service I received. Thank you, Cindy. I had a great experience with my climate controlled unit. Loved the $1 for the first month promotion. They had various options to choose from. I felt my things were secure. I could go to the unit myself using the gate code access. The carts at the facility were very helpful in loading things off the truck- they usually have 2 at the ground floor if no one else is using them (I didnt need to rent from UHAUL or anywhere else). My unit was on the 3rd floor but there is elevator access as well. The property manager Tylla (especially) and Krystal were great. Bring your own lock or youll have to pay $19.99 for theirs. You get to keep the lock though. Its the round looking one that is more secure. Also remember there may be insurance fees and admin fees ($22) but with the 1st month being $1 it works out.

I do believe outstanding is the word I,m looking for that best describes the manager who maintains this particular facility, coupled with the word respectful. every time (and I do mean every) I go there the place is immaculate . Unlike a lot of those other places, I have never seen rodents or critters scurrying about ( and I do look for them). Thank You Public Storage, you have a real gem stone in your possession , that is constantly shining bright, on your behalf. I only recently found out the name of this local hero of "The Storage" ( public storage /Lauderhill facility) his name is MR.LEE H. Thank You Mr. LEE P.S. and remember , very good work / workers never go unnoticed

The Public Storage at this location is very clean. The staff are very courteous and professional. Tylla provided me with the best customer service. She made the experience hassle free. She made sure I had everything I could possibly need for the move. She made sure my TV would be protected as well as my mattress. I had no ideal of the great products they sale to protect our furniture/items. She even introduced me to a product that takes the moisture out the storage to further protect my items. Wow! Tylla you ROCK!!! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!

i have been at this storage for about 6 months now and i must say that the experience was a roller coaster. the first few months was unorganized as i missed the deadline for my proration and incurred a late fee in addition to a leasing fee. the staff is friendly and do try their hardest to make the experience a comfortable and stress free one given your current situation. Besides the initial ups and downs i must say that my experience was not a bad one only now, i am paying close attention to my account to avoid any unwanted fees.

I didnt have a Yelp account and she used my phone to get me to goodle map....Thanks Frantzcia! Part two: Thanks so much to Mike Ferell Dist Mgr for contacting Tylla who helped me gain access to my unit after hours. I didnt buy a PS lock and couldnt back to the facility before the office closed. This os what keeps me coming back time and time again Kudos! Femisha

I have been a customer of this Public Storage facility for a few years. I have never encountered any problems or issues with my unit or with the facility. Any questions I may have had were always quickly answered or addressed by Lee, one of the property managers at this facility. He has always taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and has been attentive to my needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage needs.

Rented a unit from this location for 3 years and had a great experience. The staff was always friendly when I stopped into the office with any questions or help I needed. The manager Lee was always very helpful and courteous. The property is kept very clean. I would highly recommend this location if your looking for storage in the Lauderhill area!

Ive been renting at 4811 north university for 4 years and Ive never had any surprises,unexpected charges or anything unpleasant happen. Staff is very helpful and friendly even when I lost my key they quickly helped me to resolve my issue. Grounds are clean and well kept. Thanks Mike and Loseline for all your help and smiling faces.

We received wonderful customer service from Tylla yesterday ... she patiently showed us various units and sizes as well as information about the storage rules and regulations ... she even checked the system for the best prices available. The facility is clean and well-maintained ... I definitely recommend this location!
