Im very disgusted with this business. First, I noticed they dont keep it quite cool enough inside. Its impossible to do much without dying of sweat and I dont get hot too easy. This is also not good for your belongings as they may not last as long as in a GENUINELY climate controlled facility. This company raises the monthly rent the longer that you are with them. You would think that when you are on auto pay, since theyre getting their payments on time they would keep the same rate. This seems to be an unsavory business tactic in my opinion. There is a bathroom on my storage floor which has NEVER been made available. The one downstairs is typically hot, as in no ac ever. This bathroom also has never once been stocked with paper towels or a dryer for your hands and soap to wash only on occasion. To top it off, Im trying to prepare for a vacation and am inconvenienced further by them locking the one bathroom available upon locking the office. Im going to write corporate, but further than that they have seriously messed up their reputation with me and will not receive good word of mouth. My vehicle had been stolen when I was in need of storage, so with being at another persons mercy, I wasnt given many options on where to go. Im very upset with this place, as I dont have time to run anywhere else to use the bathroom. Its a lot of trouble and putting a damper on my preparation for a vacation I havent had in a long time. They also had a problem with their doors a few times and it was difficult to get in and out of the building! From what I understand, there is a much better storage facility in the Virginia Gardens/Miami Springs area directly on 36 St, go there! I hear instead of a small covered area, the whole first floor is basically a parking garage, so rain is also no issue there! In the meantime, this place SUCKS! Not being able to use the bathroom was my final straw in putting this sort of review up! You do not even get 1 star, thats apparently the only way this works though!

Today I loaded my car with my things and went to the facility just to find out that it was closed. When trying to access the place, there was a message saying, "WE ARE SORRY, THIS AREA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED." I then tried to call the customer service to know what was happening since I did not received any message or even an email from the company in order for me to be aware of the problem, therefore I do not have to load my car and go for nothing, but nobody answered the phone because it seems like it just work from 9:00am to 5:00pm. I will try to reach them tomorrow and see what they are going to tell me. I you can deal with this kind of issues, then this is the place for you, but if you can not, then you may think about other place that have at least a 24h customer service.

By far the cleanest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered. I called and with tons of questions on pricing, I spoke with Jose he was very patient and informative being that Im not familiar with the sizes of storage units. I explained to him what I needed to store and he gave various options, and suggested I went in to see the units and take it from there. When I went in I was impressed on how clean the entire location was from the parking into the from office area and the units.I highly recommend anyone looking for a storage to go see or speak to Jose, you wont be let down.

Today I stopped by to be greatest by Jose. he first greatest me and asked if I could be assisted. I explained we had a facility and was running out of storage and needed some extra space while finding another warehouse. He showed me around and explained how the facility works. after about 15 min I knew this would be a great place for us to help expand. The prices are reasonable but the staff is where this facility shines. Thanks Jose for taking the time to give us the breakdown and make this smooth and flawless.

What a great experience I have had with Self Storage on 12th Street. From the Staff to the great manager, Jose. They are always so helpful. Even when I have been there past office hours we can always count on them if need be threw the intercom. The facility is always clean, I have never experience mildew smell from my boxes. They are always taking care and making sure everything is in top shape. I high recommend Safeguard Self Storage to everyone and anyone that has asked me to where I keep my belongs. :)

The storage facility here is without a doubt the best one Ive used. Ive never actually written a review on any storage facility ever because I figured there was no point. But this storage facility is the best. The manager here at Safeguard Self Storage, Jose, knows how to handle business. Hes the one who really gives people some sort of satisfaction to be able to use that storage facility. My brother recommended this facility to me and I would reciprocate that recommendation to anyone any day of the week!

Great storage facility! The staff really cares about you as a customer and they will do whatever is within their capability to assist you and accommodate your needs. Due to a move, I no longer had the space to keep stuff I owned. I needed somewhere to put those things like Christmas decor. The manager, Jose, was excellent. Very experienced and he definitely puts the customer first. If youre looking for somewhere to put your belongings and want to deal with people you can trust, look no further.

Had an emergency as my mother passed away and needed to store items immediately...I reserved a 5x5x8 at Safeguard Self Storage and within 5 minutes, I received a call from area manager, Anthony Rodriguez acknowledging my reservation. My husband and I stored our belongings here for about two years. This place is extremely clean, the staff both Jose and Raul have always been very professional and attentive. It was always a pleasure to swing by the office and be greeted as if you were family. We would definitely recommend using them to all our friends and family for their storage needs.

Raul the Assistant Manager was very Helpful and Friendly at this Location. I had to rent two Units to store my furniture while I look for a place to Live here and Miami and had the best experience renting from here. I will definitely use his service again. This place is Climate Controlled and Very Clean.
