Yes my name is Mike Osteen Im a new client for public storage. I was one of the thousands upon thousands that had damage from Hurricane Irma. Course everybody was scrambling for storage and a friend of mine whos also a client at your store about getting on there in Port Saint Lucie. Well I did and I met Angela you dont need to let her go very helpful very friendly very sympathetic to my needs in a time of disaster and I mean disaster I lost my entire home my entire storage. She made the transition into getting the new units very pleasant and very helpful. Upon moving in I got to meet Laura who is just as accommodating and friendly. Also the first thing I noticed how clean your facility is and the security. Angela Laura both made me feel welcome thank you ladies for the experience and help.

Absolutely horrible experience! I wish there were a rating less than one star. The two airheads in the office were deceptive and badly trained. At the time of inquiry, I asked the girl showing me the space if a lock was "provided" meaning free or loaned. The girl promptly answered yes. I reserved it online and came back the next day to secure the rental. Only then was I told the lock would cost me 18.00 and I was required to buy their renters insurance for an additional 15.00 a month. What a rip off and scam! Watch these people like a hawk and make sure the office people understand English.

Super difficult company to deal with. My monthly check to them got lost in the mail. In spite of providing a check number AND offering to pay by credit card they locked up my stuff and sent a letter saying that they have a lien on my personal property. First time I have missed a payment. A lien on a customer who has paid on time every month? The phone maze is virtually impossible to navigate to get to a human in the billing department. It is a nice facility but I am sorry I moved my stuff into that place. Who cant take a credit card over the phone from someone who is 1000 miles away?

Fabulous service by Angela! During my visit I witness 9 people in the office at one time and Angela working alone. She took her time with each customer just as if they were the only one in there. Very knowledgeable and well spoken as a Public Storage employee. Facility was very clean and inviting. I look forward to storing my belongings at this location were I no they will treat my stuff as if it were there. Very satisfied and would recommend EVERYONE going in to see Angela when your in need of storage.

After shopping around for the best prices in the area I found public storage to be the best option. Upon going in I meet a very vibrant employee by the name of Angela. Extremely knowledgable and helpful she put me in a space that Im comfortable with renting. I must say she is the epitome of amazing customer service. This place is by far the cleanest, property well maintained, Ive rented from here before for 3 years absolutely excellent security and I have not seen any bugs, excellent climate control I am referring lots of people to this storage facility. The staff is very friendly professional and willing to help in anyway possible to make your move as stress free as possible. I highly recommend them.

Although I dont need a space until March they were willing to show me around and give me a visual idea of what the space I will need looks like. I was attracted to this property location due to the cleanliness and well maintained facility. I would recommend if you have not been to them check them out. Not only do they have everything you need for moving, but the prices of the units are superb! Angela was an amazing help! Florida presents unique problems due to the high temperatures and humidity. Fortunately I found this Public Storage facility, as it is truly secure, very clean, "air conditioned" and well managed. Angela was professional and truly "customer service" oriented. Great spot, too! The Mets are right across the street!
