I have been a customer with Public Storage for about 2 months now. I chose the company randomly as i searched through google… but i must have gotten lucky, cause its been a very pleasant experience during a difficult time for me. Moving is never easy. Amanda (employee for Public Storage) works the front desk and has been friendly, patient, and informative from the first day i visited. She has always been extremely polite and courteous whenever i call for questions, and puts me in a good mood whenever i visit. I would suggest Public Storage to any friends or family! Thank you so much, and thank you too Amanda :)

First off let me start by saying everyone was always very nice any time I came to my unit. Things got a lil scary when I moved out though, I picked up my things on a Saturday morning with hopes to unpack everything by Sunday because my schedule is usually very hectic within the week. As I planned I did end up taking everything out of boxes by Sunday but I was amazed to find some of my glass stuff were broken, my boxes were contaminated with small german roaches and rat droppings. For sure I know I didnt pack them there.

My experience with Public Storage has been positive, friendly, professional, and (I hope) mutually satisfactory. My first point of contact was TRACEY, who has always been very cordial & business-like. She gets the job done quickly & with a pleasant demeanor. Clearly, she knows the business; and equally as clearly, shes a "people person". Since that first contact, Ive been assisted, from time to time, by ALANDRA and SHON, who have (both) been impressive. To this point, I have no concerns or negative comments.

I visited my location yesterday to down size to a smaller unit. Not knowing which one would fit my needs, Amanda and Jamie were more than helpful from which size I would need, to when to transfer, and the most important, how much I would save compared to how much Im paying now. After looking at a few unit I made my decision and left knowing that I would be happy with my decision. The customer service I received were outstanding and the two young ladies were helpful. My experience was rather comfortable. Property manager Mike made sure of that, even over the phone, hes very professional, and well spoken. When we reviewed the storage space, he broke everything down as in to how to pack my belonging correctly for proper fitting.
