Horrible , last week 08/17/16 my unit was broken into along with 20 other units , staff seems like they dont care some cameras do not work and they have not done anything about that or upgraded security,couple days later while taking what was left of my stuff out I seen cops talking to couple guys found out there unit was just also broken into 08/20/16 found out thiefs left out back gate where there are no cameras at all how is that possible ?? horrible management .

Used 800 number to look into options at this facility. Made reservation & headed to location to check out the place. Vicky the manager called while we were on the way!!! Arrived to a smiley professional, can do person! Made the WHOLE process pleasant as can be! What an asset to her company! We were looking at all options but Vicky welcomed us with open arms & thats why we are now customers of Extra Space Storage!! Looking forward to only continued smiles!!!

this place is ok , bad area, pompano beach,..fl,. lately they havent been keeping up with the property,. elavator doesnt work,. no more,..some of the acs not WORKING,.,, as we going to the summer, it gets hot inside there,. also bathrooms , no soap,. besides shes nice, but need to keep up,., with property,...and because , the bad area its in,..

They got me in with a low price and told me the dont raise prices like others do. Not even 6 months later and they. Raised my price 20% unacceptable ridiculous not happy. No main elevator. A Guy pissing in the hallways with no shoes on. Unacceptable storage facility. I will be shopping around for a new storage facility.

The manager Victoria DiDonato gave excellent customer service I was impressed the fee are super low you cant beat I would definitely recommend this company anyone look for great storage company ❤❤ plus I got a free lock now now folks this is not for everybody lol but it was overall a great experience.

Very NICE area and management!!!! the facility is enormous yet is still very well kept! I, at least was impressed! They several different options to choose from depending on your storage needs at very competitive rates! Its the only place id recommend!
