I had a unit at this facility for over a year. I would rate it a perfect 10. The contents of my storage unit were very very important to me, I just didnt have enough room in my little apartment to keep them. So I decided to rent a storage unit, after looking at many other facilities in the area, I saw that this was the best available. The grounds are very secure, clean, well lit, and I felt at ease about leaving my possessions at the facility. It was easy for me to load/unload my car. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, everything you could ask for. Their rates are affordable and they also offer insurance for added peace of mind. I would recommend this facility to anybody. No matter what you are looking for, something small or large, they will be able to help you.

I used to use Extra Space Storage and the people working there were kind and extremely helpful. I HAVE RECOMMENDED them to MY FRIENDS! Ms Judy was usually working the desk when I got there and was PLEASANT and HELPFUL! For CLEAN and WELL KEEP grounds and buildings this is the place to go!!!! I will certainly return here for my next storage needs! I was told by a friend that when he checked out different places for storage they were much smaller in storage space and the locations were to close to roads with main traffic! EXTRA SPACE STORAGE wins out again! Thank You Extra Space!

This facility is great. Secure. The only bad part is interacting with the lady in the office who incessantly begs for reviews. She wanted me to get My phone out and to tell me how to do it. I said I didnt have my phone, so then she wants to email me how to do it. I tell her I know how, then shes tells me to go get my phone and well do it. I explain that I know how to do it yet again. So she prints my receipt and then proceeds to hand write the Web address for the review, which she cant remember, so I have to wait even longer. Well, heres your review......

The customer service here is excellent. Ken, the manager, is friendly and responsive. We rented a unit and only needed it for a month, but after wed emptied it we forgot to take the lock with us and so were charged for another month. I called Ken and explained that we wanted to close the unit, and he said that he would refund the charge if we removed the lock that day. It is nice to deal with someone who cares about the customer! The facility itself is in a quiet location and easy to access (hours are 6 AM - 10 AM).

My experience with this storage facility was very professional. As a business manager, I was very impressed with the storage units, the office and Judy. This location is clean, and organized. The customer service that Judy gave was superb! She made it so easy! No worries!! I always recommend who gives great service and quality. I will be referring Extra Space Storage to my associates.

I was very impressed with my whole experience so far. Te facilities are very well maintained and clean. Reserving online was a breeze (and save me quite a bit too). The staff was very helpful, and left no question unanswered. The location was very convenient, as well as the best value around. All in all, I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any storage needs.

We got a unit here recently. Judy was VERY helpful, and the process went smoothly. The unit is a great size (5x10) for an even better price. We had a minor issue with the key code the first day to get onto the lot, but Judy was there to rectify it immediately. Since then, we havent had any problems. Highly recommend using them for your storage needs!

The team at Extra Space Storage is very courtesy and eager to please their customers. I have previously rented a unit from this facility following the sale of my former house. Ive rented over 100 different storage units across the country for my business and this facility is one of the most well kept and well run facilities in the US. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the units are all like new and very secure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Found it easily....great location. Woman was very clear and helpful with the information and very nice. Coming from Ohio, it took a lot of stress out of my move. I liked the fact it was secure, with a personal code to get in. I would recommend this facility to anyone coming from out of town. Nice flowers, too.

Ken made this process quick and streamlined. Weve gotten my mothers belongings safe and sound and had the closing on the house the day after. Being able to access the locker when needed is priceless. I would not hesitate recommending Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a solution quickly!
