I was help by Rafael D. He was polite, kind, and understanding. He showed me the property, security how to get in and out of my unit. I feel like my belongings will be safe. The price was exactly what I needed for what I wanted. After Hurricane Irma I thank him and post storage for helping with pricing and storage.

Possibly decent, but since I made the reservation- they called non stop (even though the reserved date was a week away) This made me feel there was an issue with the property.The staff seemed polite but the policy was desperate.I wouldnt feel safe leaving my belongings there.
